13 Ye have plowed wickedness, ye have reaped iniquity; ye have eaten the fruit of lies; for thou didst trust in thy way, in the multitude of thy mighty men.
According as I have seen, they that plow iniquity, And sow trouble, reap the same.
There is no king saved by the multitude of a host: A mighty man is not delivered by great strength.
He that soweth iniquity shall reap calamity; And the rod of his wrath shall fail.
For they sow the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind: he hath no standing grain; the blade shall yield no meal; if so be it yield, strangers shall swallow it up.
Trust not in oppression, And become not vain in robbery: If riches increase, set not your heart `thereon'.
Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, And be filled with their own devices.
A man's belly shall be filled with the fruit of his mouth; With the increase of his lips shall he be satisfied. Death and life are in the power of the tongue; And they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
A false witness shall not be unpunished; And he that uttereth lies shall not escape.
They make the king glad with their wickedness, and the princes with their lies.
