13 And no one hath ascended into heaven, but he that descended out of heaven, `even' the Son of man, who is in heaven.
Who hath ascended up into heaven, and descended? Who hath gathered the wind in his fists? Who hath bound the waters in his garment? Who hath established all the ends of the earth? What is his name, and what is his son's name, if thou knowest?
For I am come down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.
No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared `him'.
(Now this, He ascended, what is it but that he also descended into the lower parts of the earth? He that descended is the same also that ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.)
`Jesus', knowing that the Father had given all the things into his hands, and that he came forth from God, and goeth unto God,
And they said, Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? how doth he now say, I am come down out of heaven?
Take heed unto yourselves, and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit hath made you bishops, to feed the church of the Lord which he purchased with his own blood.
`What' then if ye should behold the Son of man ascending where he was before?
So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken unto them, was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God. And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word by the signs that followed. Amen.
It is not in heaven, that thou shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to heaven, and bring it unto us, and make us to hear it, that we may do it?
teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.
And now, Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.
I came out from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go unto the Father. His disciples say, Lo, now speakest thou plainly, and speakest no dark saying. Now know we that thou knowest all things, and needest not that any man should ask thee: by this we believe that thou camest forth from God.
I am the living bread which came down out of heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: yea and the bread which I will give is my flesh, for the life of the world.
Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he that is from God, he hath seen the Father.
