3 In the day that I called thou answeredst me, Thou didst encourage me with strength in my soul.
In my distress I called upon Jehovah, And cried unto my God: He heard my voice out of his temple, And my cry before him came into his ears.
strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, unto all patience and longsuffering with joy;
Concerning this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. And he hath said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for `my' power is made perfect in weakness. Wait for Jehovah: Be strong, and let thy heart take courage; Yea, wait thou for Jehovah. Psalm 28 `A Psalm' of David.
