6 For I am even now being offered, and my end is near.
I am in a hard position between the two, having a desire to go away and be with Christ, which is very much better:
And even if I am offered like a drink offering, giving myself for the cause and work of your faith, I am glad and have joy with you all:
Then Joseph said to his brothers, The time of my death has come; but God will keep you in mind and take you out of this land into the land which he gave by his oath to Abraham and Isaac and Jacob.
And the Lord said to Moses, Go up into this mountain of Abarim so that you may see the land which I have given to the children of Israel. And when you have seen it, you will be put to rest with your people, as your brother Aaron was: Because in the waste land of Zin, when the people were angry, you and he went against my word and did not keep my name holy before their eyes, at the waters. (These are the waters of Meribah in Kadesh in the waste land of Zin.) Then Moses said to the Lord, Let the Lord, the God of the spirits of all flesh, put a man at the head of this people, To go out and come in before them and be their guide; so that the people of the Lord may not be like sheep without a keeper.
Now I am about to go the way of all the earth: and you have seen and are certain, all of you, in your hearts and souls, that in all the good things which the Lord said about you, he has kept faith with you; everything has come true for you.
