9 Have them lettered on the pillars of your houses and over the doors of your towns.

If only my words might be recorded! if they might be put in writing in a book! And with an iron pen and lead be cut into the rock for ever! But I am certain that he who will take up my cause is living, and that in time to come he will take his place on the dust;
Now go, put it in writing before them on a board, and make a record of it in a book, so that it may be for the future, a witness for all time to come.
