8 And thou shalt bind them for a sign on thy hand, and they shall be for frontlets between thine eyes.
And it shall be for a sign to thee on thy hand, and for a memorial between thine eyes, that the law of Jehovah may be in thy mouth; for with a powerful hand hath Jehovah brought thee out of Egypt.
And ye shall lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, and they shall be for frontlets between your eyes.
Let not loving-kindness and truth forsake thee; bind them about thy neck, write them upon the tablet of thy heart:
bind them continually upon thy heart, tie them about thy neck:
Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them tassels on the corners of their garments, throughout their generations, and that they attach to the tassel of the corners a lace of blue; and it shall be unto you for a tassel, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of Jehovah, and do them; and that ye seek not after [the lusts of] your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye go a whoring;
And all their works they do to be seen of men: for they make broad their phylacteries and enlarge the borders [of their garments],
