16 then let those who are in Judaea flee to the mountains;
And as the dawn arose, the angels urged Lot, saying, Up, take thy wife and thy two daughters who are present, lest thou perish in the iniquity of the city. And as he lingered, the men laid hold on his hand, and on the hand of his wife, and on the hand of his two daughters, Jehovah being merciful to him; and they led him out, and set him without the city. And it came to pass when they had brought them outside, that he said, Escape for thy life: look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain: escape to the mountain, lest thou perish.
And it came to pass when the army of the Chaldeans was gone up from Jerusalem because of Pharaoh's army, that Jeremiah went forth out of Jerusalem to go into the land of Benjamin, to have his portion there among the people.
