32 The wicked is driven away by his evil-doing; but the righteous trusteth, [even] in his death.
The Lord shall deliver me from every wicked work, and shall preserve [me] for his heavenly kingdom; to whom [be] glory for the ages of ages. Amen.
we are confident, I say, and pleased rather to be absent from the body and present with the Lord.
Mark the perfect, and behold the upright, for the end of [that] man is peace;
And [as for] me, I know that my Redeemer liveth, and the Last, he shall stand upon the earth; And [if] after my skin this shall be destroyed, yet from out of my flesh shall I see +God; Whom I shall see for myself, and mine eyes shall behold, and not another: -- my reins are consumed within me.
Behold, if he slay me, yet would I trust in him; but I will defend mine own ways before him.
Where, O death, [is] thy sting? where, O death, thy victory? Now the sting of death [is] sin, and the power of sin the law; but thanks to God, who gives us the victory by our Lord Jesus Christ. Then Belshazzar commanded, and they clothed Daniel with purple, and [put] a chain of gold about his neck, and made proclamation concerning him that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom. In that night was Belshazzar the king of the Chaldeans slain.
For the righteous falleth seven times, and riseth up again; but the wicked stumble into disaster.
Before your pots feel the thorns, green or burning, -- they shall be whirled away.
As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness; I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness.
Terrors overtake him like waters; a whirlwind stealeth him away in the night. The east wind carrieth him away and he is gone; and as a storm it hurleth him out of his place. And [God] shall cast upon him and not spare: he would fain flee out of his hand.
