1 Hallelujah! Praise the name of Jehovah; praise, ye servants of Jehovah,
{A Song of degrees.} Behold, bless Jehovah, all ye servants of Jehovah, who by night stand in the house of Jehovah.
And the Levites, Jeshua, and Kadmiel, Bani, Hashabniah, Sherebiah, Hodijah, Shebaniah, Pethahiah, said, Stand up, bless Jehovah your God from eternity to eternity. And let [men] bless the name of thy glory, which is exalted above all blessing and praise.
Hallelujah! Blessed is the man that feareth Jehovah, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.
Let them give thanks unto Jehovah for his loving-kindness, and for his wondrous works to the children of men;
That the name of Jehovah may be declared in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem,
Sing ye unto Jehovah a new song: sing unto Jehovah, all the earth. Sing unto Jehovah, bless his name; publish his salvation from day to day. Declare his glory among the nations, his wondrous works among all the peoples. For Jehovah is great and exceedingly to be praised; he is terrible above all gods.
And Jehovah came down in the cloud, and stood beside him there, and proclaimed the name of Jehovah. And Jehovah passed by before his face, and proclaimed, Jehovah, Jehovah ùGod merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in goodness and truth, keeping mercy unto thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, but by no means clearing [the guilty]; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, upon the third and upon the fourth [generation].
Exult, ye righteous, in Jehovah: praise is comely for the upright. Give thanks unto Jehovah with the harp; sing psalms unto him with the ten-stringed lute.
Hallelujah! Sing unto Jehovah a new song; [sing] his praise in the congregation of the godly. Let Israel rejoice in his Maker; let the sons of Zion be joyful in their King. Let them praise his name in the dance; let them sing psalms unto him with the tambour and harp.
Let them praise the name of Jehovah: for his name alone is exalted; his majesty is above the earth and the heavens.
Hallelujah! I will celebrate Jehovah with [my] whole heart, in the council of the upright, and in the assembly.

Psalm 135
This is one of the Hallelujah-psalms; that is the title of it, and that is the Amen of it, both its Alpha and its Omega.

Psa 135:5-14
The psalmist had suggested to us the goodness of God, as the proper matter of our cheerful praises; here he suggests to us the greatness of God as the proper matter of our awful praises; and on this he is most copious, because this we are less forward to consider.
