11 Teach me thy way, Jehovah; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.
And they shall be my people, and I will be their God. And I will give them one heart, and one way, that they may fear me all [their] days, for the good of them, and of their children after them.
Ye cannot drink [the] Lord's cup, and [the] cup of demons: ye cannot partake of [the] Lord's table, and of [the] table of demons.
For thy loving-kindness is before mine eyes, and I have walked in thy truth.
Lead me, Jehovah, in thy righteousness, because of my foes; make thy way plain before me.
Bondmen, obey in all things your masters according to flesh; not with eye-services, as men-pleasers, but in simplicity of heart, fearing the Lord. Whatsoever ye do, labour at it heartily, as [doing it] to the Lord, and not to men;
It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every one that has heard from the Father [himself], and has learned [of him], comes to me; not that any one has seen the Father, except he who is of God, he has seen the Father.
I rejoiced greatly that I have found of thy children walking in truth, as we have received commandment from the Father.
And everything, whatever ye may do in word or in deed, [do] all things in [the] name of [the] Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father by him.
And every day, being constantly in the temple with one accord, and breaking bread in [the] house, they received their food with gladness and simplicity of heart,
And I do not demand for these only, but also for those who believe on me through their word; that they may be all one, as thou, Father, [art] in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us, that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
The lamp of the body is the eye; if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body will be light: but if thine eye be wicked, thy whole body will be dark. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great the darkness! No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and will love the other, or he will hold to the one and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
The law of truth was in his mouth, and unrighteousness was not found in his lips: he walked with me in peace and uprightness, and he turned many from iniquity.
and them that bow down to the host of the heavens upon the housetops; and them that bow down to Jehovah, that swear by [him], and swear by Malcham;
Their heart is divided; now shall they be found guilty: he will break down their altars, he will destroy their statues.
Cause me to hear thy loving-kindness in the morning, for in thee do I confide; make me to know the way wherein I should walk, for unto thee do I lift up my soul. Deliver me, O Jehovah, from mine enemies: unto thee do I flee for refuge. Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: let thy good Spirit lead me in a plain country.
HE. Teach me, O Jehovah, the way of thy statutes, and I will observe it [unto] the end.
I have chosen the way of faithfulness; thy judgments have I set [before me].
What man is he that feareth Jehovah? him will he instruct in the way [that] he should choose.
Make me to know thy ways, O Jehovah; teach me thy paths. Make me to walk in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.

Psalm 86
This psalm is entitled "a prayer of David;' probably it was not penned upon any particular occasion, but was a prayer he often used himself, and recommended to others for their use, especially in a day of affliction. Many think that David penned this prayer as a type of Christ, "who in the days of his flesh offered up strong cries,' Heb. 5:7. David, in this prayer (according to the nature of that duty),
In singing this we must, as David did, lift up our souls to God with application.

Psa 86:1-7
This psalm was published under the title of a prayer of David; not as if David sung all his prayers, but into some of his songs he inserted prayers; for a psalm will admit the expressions of any pious and devout affections. But it is observable how very plain the language of this psalm is, and how little there is in it of poetic flights or figures, in comparison with some other psalms; for the flourishes of wit are not the proper ornaments of prayer. Now here we may observe,
