16 So Jonathan H3083 made H3772 a covenant with the house H1004 of David, H1732 saying, Let the LORD H3068 even require H1245 it at the hand H3027 of David's H1732 enemies. H341
So H3541 and more H3254 also do H6213 God H430 unto the enemies H341 of David, H1732 if I leave H7604 of all that pertain to him by H5704 the morning H1242 light H216 any that pisseth H8366 against the wall. H7023
And the Philistines H6430 followed hard H1692 upon Saul H7586 and upon his sons; H1121 and the Philistines H6430 slew H5221 Jonathan, H3083 and Abinadab, H41 and Malchishua, H4444 Saul's H7586 sons. H1121
For when they came H935 into the house, H1004 he lay H7901 on his bed H4296 in his bedchamber, H2315 H4904 and they smote H5221 him, and slew H4191 him, and beheaded H5493 him, and took H3947 his head, H7218 and gat them away H3212 through H1870 the plain H6160 all night. H3915 And they brought H935 the head H7218 of Ishbosheth H378 unto David H1732 to Hebron, H2275 and said H559 to the king, H4428 Behold the head H7218 of Ishbosheth H378 the son H1121 of Saul H7586 thine enemy, H341 which sought H1245 thy life; H5315 and the LORD H3068 hath H5414 avenged H5360 my lord H113 the king H4428 this day H3117 of Saul, H7586 and of his seed. H2233
But the king H4428 took H3947 the two H8147 sons H1121 of Rizpah H7532 the daughter H1323 of Aiah, H345 whom she bare H3205 unto Saul, H7586 Armoni H764 and Mephibosheth; H4648 and the five H2568 sons H1121 of Michal H4324 the daughter H1323 of Saul, H7586 whom she brought up H3205 for Adriel H5741 the son H1121 of Barzillai H1271 the Meholathite: H4259
