23 And on the morrow, G1887 when G3767 Agrippa G67 was come, G2064 and G2532 Bernice, G959 with G3326 great G4183 pomp, G5325 and G2532 was entered G1525 into G1519 the place of hearing, G201 with G4862 G5037 the chief captains, G5506 and G2532 principal G2596 G1851 men G435 of G5607 the city, G4172 at G2532 Festus' G5347 commandment G2753 Paul G3972 was brought forth. G71
And G2532 when he G846 had G2036 thus G5023 spoken, G2036 the king G935 rose up, G450 and G2532 the governor, G2232 and G5037 Bernice, G959 and G2532 they that sat with G4775 them: G846
For G3754 all G3956 that is in G1722 the world, G2889 the lust G1939 of the flesh, G4561 and G2532 the lust G1939 of the eyes, G3788 and G2532 the pride G212 of life, G979 is G2076 not G3756 of G1537 the Father, G3962 but G235 is G2076 of G1537 the world. G2889
For G1360 all G3956 flesh G4561 is as G5613 grass, G5528 and G2532 all G3956 the glory G1391 of man G444 as G5613 the flower G438 of grass. G5528 The grass G5528 withereth, G3583 and G2532 the flower G438 thereof G846 falleth away: G1601
For G1063 the sun G2246 is no sooner risen G393 with G4862 a burning heat, G2742 but G2532 it withereth G3583 the grass, G5528 and G2532 the flower G438 thereof G846 falleth, G1601 and G2532 the grace G2143 of the fashion G4383 of it G846 perisheth: G622 so G3779 also G2532 shall G3133 the rich man G4145 fade away G3133 in G1722 his G846 ways. G4197
And G2532 they that use G5530 this G5127 world, G2889 as G5613 not G3361 abusing G2710 it: for G1063 the fashion G4976 of this G5129 world G2889 passeth away. G3855
And G1161 upon a set G5002 day G2250 Herod, G2264 arrayed G1746 in royal G937 apparel, G2066 sat G2523 upon G1909 his throne, G968 and G2532 made an oration G1215 unto G4314 them. G846
When he shewed H7200 the riches H6239 of his glorious H3519 kingdom H4438 and the honour H3366 of his excellent H8597 majesty H1420 many H7227 days, H3117 even an hundred H3967 and fourscore H8084 days. H3117
For I will lay H5414 the land H776 most H4923 desolate, H8077 and the pomp H1347 of her strength H5797 shall cease; H7673 and the mountains H2022 of Israel H3478 shall be desolate, H8074 that none shall pass through. H5674
