5 Ethiopia, H3568 and Libya, H6316 and Lydia, H3865 and all the mingled H6153 people, and Chub, H3552 and the men H1121 of the land H776 that is in league, H1285 shall fall H5307 with them by the sword. H2719
And all the mingled H6153 people, and all the kings H4428 of the land H776 of Uz, H5780 and all the kings H4428 of the land H776 of the Philistines, H6430 and Ashkelon, H831 and Azzah, H5804 and Ekron, H6138 and the remnant H7611 of Ashdod, H795
Woe H1945 to the land H776 shadowing H6767 with wings, H3671 which is beyond H5676 the rivers H5104 of Ethiopia: H3568
So shall the king H4428 of Assyria H804 lead away H5090 the Egyptians H4714 prisoners, H7628 and the Ethiopians H3568 captives, H1546 young H5288 and old, H2205 naked H6174 and barefoot, H3182 even with their buttocks H8357 uncovered, H2834 to the shame H6172 of Egypt. H4714
Come up, H5927 ye horses; H5483 and rage, H1984 ye chariots; H7393 and let the mighty men H1368 come forth; H3318 the Ethiopians H3568 and the Libyans, H6316 that handle H8610 the shield; H4043 and the Lydians, H3866 that handle H8610 and bend H1869 the bow. H7198
A sword H2719 is upon their horses, H5483 and upon their chariots, H7393 and upon all the mingled people H6153 that are in the midst H8432 of her; and they shall become as women: H802 a sword H2719 is upon her treasures; H214 and they shall be robbed. H962
Art thou better H3190 than populous H527 H528 No, H4996 that was situate H3427 among the rivers, H2975 that had the waters H4325 round about H5439 it, whose rampart H2426 was the sea, H3220 and her wall H2346 was from the sea? H3220 Ethiopia H3568 and Egypt H4714 were her strength, H6109 and it was infinite; H369 H7097 Put H6316 and Lubim H3864 were thy helpers. H5833

Commentary on Ezekiel 30 Matthew Henry Commentary
Chapter 30
In this chapter we have,
It is all much to the same purport with what we had before.
Eze 30:1-19
The prophecy of the destruction of Egypt is here very full and particular, as well as, in the general, very frightful. What can protect a provoking people when the righteous God comes forth to contend with them?
The close of this prediction leaves,
Eze 30:20-26
This short prophecy of the weakening of the power of Egypt was delivered about the time that the army of the Egyptians, which attempted to raise the siege of Jerusalem, was frustrated in its enterprises, and returned re infectâ-without accomplishing their purpose; whereupon the king of Babylon renewed the siege and carried his point. The kingdom of Egypt was very ancient, and had been for many ages considerable. That of Babylon had but lately arrived at its great pomp and power, being built upon the ruins of the kingdom of Assyria. Now it is with them as it is with families and states, some are growing up, others are declining and going back; one must increase and the others must of course decrease.
