2 Also, thou son H1121 of man, H120 thus saith H559 the Lord H136 GOD H3069 unto the land H127 of Israel; H3478 An end, H7093 the end H7093 is come H935 upon the four H702 corners H3671 of the land. H776
And I will turn H2015 your feasts H2282 into mourning, H60 and all your songs H7892 into lamentation; H7015 and I will bring up H5927 sackcloth H8242 upon all loins, H4975 and baldness H7144 upon every head; H7218 and I will make H7760 it as the mourning H60 of an only H3173 son, and the end H319 thereof as a bitter H4751 day. H3117
And he said, H559 Amos, H5986 what seest H7200 thou? And I said, H559 A basket H3619 of summer fruit. H7019 Then said H559 the LORD H3068 unto me, The end H7093 is come H935 upon my people H5971 of Israel; H3478 I will not again H3254 pass H5674 by them any more.
And it came to pass, when I prophesied, H5012 that Pelatiah H6410 the son H1121 of Benaiah H1141 died. H4191 Then fell I down H5307 upon my face, H6440 and cried H2199 with a loud H1419 voice, H6963 and said, H559 Ah H162 Lord H136 GOD! H3069 wilt thou make H6213 a full end H3617 of the remnant H7611 of Israel? H3478
Thus saith H559 the Lord H136 GOD; H3069 An evil, H7451 an only H259 evil, H7451 behold, is come. H935 An end H7093 is come, H935 the end H7093 is come: H935 it watcheth H6974 for thee; behold, it is come. H935
And G1161 ye shall G3195 hear G191 of wars G4171 and G2532 rumours G189 of wars: G4171 see G3708 that ye be G2360 not G3361 troubled: G2360 for G1063 all G3956 these things must G1163 come to pass, G1096 but G235 the end G5056 is G2076 not yet. G3768
But G1161 the end G5056 of all things G3956 is at hand: G1448 be ye G4993 therefore G3767 sober, G4993 and G2532 watch G3525 unto G1519 prayer. G4335
But G1161 he that shall endure G5278 unto G1519 the end, G5056 the same G3778 shall be saved. G4982 And G2532 this G5124 gospel G2098 of the kingdom G932 shall be preached G2784 in G1722 all G3650 the world G3625 for G1519 a witness G3142 unto all G3956 nations; G1484 and G2532 then G5119 shall the end G5056 come. G2240
And God H430 said H559 unto Noah, H5146 The end H7093 of all flesh H1320 is come H935 before me; H6440 for the earth H776 is filled with H4390 violence H2555 through them; H6440 and, behold, I will destroy H7843 them with H854 the earth. H776
Son H1121 of man, H120 what is that proverb H4912 that ye have in the land H127 of Israel, H3478 saying, H559 The days H3117 are prolonged, H748 and every vision H2377 faileth? H6
The prophets H5030 prophesy H5012 falsely, H8267 and the priests H3548 bear rule H7287 by their means; H3027 and my people H5971 love H157 to have it so: and what will ye do H6213 in the end H319 thereof?

Commentary on Ezekiel 7 Matthew Henry Commentary
Chapter 7
In this chapter the approaching ruin of the land of Israel is most particularly foretold in affecting expressions often repeated, that if possible they might be awakened by repentance to prevent it. The prophet must tell them,
Eze 7:1-15
We have here fair warning given of the destruction of the land of Israel, which was now hastening on apace. God, by the prophet, not only sends notice of it, but will have it inculcated in the same expressions, to show that the thing is certain, that it is near, that the prophet is himself affected with it and desires they should be so too, but finds them deaf, and stupid, and unaffected. When the town is on fire men do no seek for fine words and quaint expressions in which to give an account of it, but cry about the streets, with a loud and lamentable voice, "Fire! fire!' So the prophet here proclaims, An end! an end! it has come, it has come; behold, it has come. He that hath ears to hear let him hear.
Eze 7:16-22
We have attended the fate of those that are cut off, and are now to attend the flight of those that have an opportunity of escaping the danger; some of them shall escape (v. 16), but what the better? As good die once as, in a miserable life, die a thousand deaths, and escape only like Cain to be fugitives and vagabonds, and afraid of being slain by every one they meet; so shall these be.
Eze 7:23-27
