9 And G1161 let us G1573 not G3361 be weary G1573 in well G2570 doing: G4160 for G1063 in due G2398 season G2540 we shall reap, G2325 if we faint G1590 not. G3361
Therefore, G5620 my G3450 beloved G27 brethren, G80 be ye G1096 stedfast, G1476 unmoveable, G277 always G3842 abounding G4052 in G1722 the work G2041 of the Lord, G2962 forasmuch as ye know G1492 that G3754 your G5216 labour G2873 is G2076 not G3756 in vain G2756 in G1722 the Lord. G2962
But G1161 ye, G5210 brethren, G80 be G1573 not G3361 weary G1573 in well doing. G2569
Even the youths H5288 shall faint H3286 and be weary, H3021 and the young men H970 shall utterly H3782 fall: H3782 But they that wait H6960 upon the LORD H3068 shall renew H2498 their strength; H3581 they shall mount up H5927 with wings H83 as eagles; H5404 they shall run, H7323 and not be weary; H3021 and they shall walk, H3212 and not faint. H3286
For G1063 consider G357 him that endured G5278 such G5108 contradiction G485 of G5259 sinners G268 against G1519 himself, G846 lest G3363 ye be wearied G2577 and faint G1590 in your G5216 minds. G5590
Cast G577 not G3361 away G577 therefore G3767 your G5216 confidence, G3954 which G3748 hath G2192 great G3173 recompence of reward. G3405 For G1063 ye have G2192 need G5532 of patience, G5281 that, G2443 after ye have done G4160 the will G2307 of God, G2316 ye might receive G2865 the promise. G1860 For G1063 yet G2089 a little G3397 while, G3745 G3745 and he that shall come G2064 will come, G2240 and G2532 will G5549 not G3756 tarry. G5549 Now G1161 the just G1342 shall live G2198 by G1537 faith: G4102 but G2532 if G1437 any man draw back, G5288 my G3450 soul G5590 shall have G2106 no G3756 pleasure G2106 in G1722 him. G846 But G1161 we G2249 are G2070 not G3756 of them who draw back G5289 unto G1519 perdition; G684 but G235 of them that believe G4102 to G1519 the saving G4047 of the soul. G5590
Be patient G3114 therefore, G3767 brethren, G80 unto G2193 the coming G3952 of the Lord. G2962 Behold, G2400 the husbandman G1092 waiteth G1551 for the precious G5093 fruit G2590 of the earth, G1093 and hath long patience G3114 for G1909 it, G846 until G2193 G302 he receive G2983 the early G4406 and G2532 latter G3797 rain. G5205
For G1063 it is better, G2909 if G1487 the will G2307 of God G2316 be so, G2309 that ye suffer G3958 for well doing, G15 than G2228 for evil doing. G2554
Wherefore G5620 G2532 let G3908 them that suffer G3958 according to G2596 the will G2307 of God G2316 commit the keeping G3908 of their G1438 souls G5590 to him in G1722 well doing, G16 as G5613 unto a faithful G4103 Creator. G2939
And G2532 ye shall G2071 be hated G3404 of G5259 all G3956 men for G1223 my G3450 name's sake: G3686 but G1161 he that G3778 endureth G5278 to G1519 the end G5056 shall be saved. G4982
Therefore seeing G1223 G5124 we have G2192 this G5026 ministry, G1248 as G2531 we have received mercy, G1653 we faint G1573 not; G3756
He that hath G2192 an ear, G3775 let him hear G191 what G5101 the Spirit G4151 saith G3004 unto the churches; G1577 To him G846 that overcometh G3528 will I give G1325 to eat G5315 of G1537 the tree G3586 of life, G2222 which G3739 is G2076 in G1722 the midst G3319 of the paradise G3857 of God. G2316
And G1161 he spake G3004 G2532 a parable G3850 unto them G846 G4314 to this end, that men ought G1163 always G3842 to pray, G4336 and G2532 not G3361 to faint; G1573
He that hath G2192 an ear, G3775 let him hear G191 what G5101 the Spirit G4151 saith G3004 unto the churches; G1577 To him G846 that overcometh G3528 will I give G1325 to eat G5315 of G575 the hidden G2928 manna, G3131 and G2532 will give G1325 him G846 a white G3022 stone, G5586 and G2532 in G1909 the stone G5586 a new G2537 name G3686 written, G1125 which G3739 no man G3762 knoweth G1097 saving G1508 he that receiveth G2983 it.
That I will give H5414 you the rain H4306 of your land H776 in his due season, H6256 the first rain H3138 and the latter rain, H4456 that thou mayest gather H622 in thy corn, H1715 and thy wine, H8492 and thine oil. H3323
Him G846 that overcometh G3528 will I make G4160 a pillar G4769 in G1722 the temple G3485 of my G3450 God, G2316 and G2532 he shall go G1831 no G3364 more G2089 out: G1854 and G2532 I will write G1125 upon G1909 him G846 the name G3686 of my G3450 God, G2316 and G2532 the name G3686 of the city G4172 of my G3450 God, G2316 which is G3588 new G2537 Jerusalem, G2419 which G3588 cometh down G2597 G2597 out of G1537 heaven G3772 from G575 my G3450 God: G2316 and G2532 I will write upon him my G3450 new G2537 name. G3686 He that hath G2192 an ear, G3775 let him hear G191 what G5101 the Spirit G4151 saith G3004 unto the churches. G1577
Ye said H559 also, Behold, what a weariness H4972 is it! and ye have snuffed H5301 at it, saith H559 the LORD H3068 of hosts; H6635 and ye brought H935 that which was torn, H1497 and the lame, H6455 and the sick; H2470 thus ye brought H935 an offering: H4503 should I accept H7521 this of your hand? H3027 saith H559 the LORD. H3068
Wherefore G1352 I desire G154 that ye faint G1573 not G3361 at G1722 my G3450 tribulations G2347 for G5228 you, G5216 which G3748 is G2076 your G5216 glory. G1391
To him G846 that overcometh G3528 will I grant G1325 to sit G2523 with G3326 me G1700 in G1722 my G3450 throne, G2362 even G2504 as G5613 I also G2504 overcame, G3528 and G2532 am set down G2523 with G3326 my G3450 Father G3962 in G1722 his G846 throne. G2362 He that hath G2192 an ear, G3775 let him hear G191 what G5101 the Spirit G4151 saith G3004 unto the churches. G1577
He that overcometh, G3528 the same G3778 shall be clothed G4016 in G1722 white G3022 raiment; G2440 and G2532 I will G1813 not G3364 blot out G1813 his G846 name G3686 out of G1537 the book G976 of life, G2222 but G2532 I will confess G1843 his G846 name G3686 before G1799 my G3450 Father, G3962 and G2532 before G1799 his G846 angels. G32 He that hath G2192 an ear, G3775 let him hear G191 what G5101 the Spirit G4151 saith G3004 unto the churches. G1577
But G1161 he that shall endure G5278 unto G1519 the end, G5056 the same G3778 shall be saved. G4982
For G1063 we are made G1096 partakers G3353 of Christ, G5547 if G1437 G4007 we hold G2722 the beginning G746 of our confidence G5287 stedfast G949 unto G3360 the end; G5056
Fear G5399 none G3367 of those things which G3739 thou shalt G3195 suffer: G3958 behold, G2400 the devil G1228 shall G3195 cast G906 some of G1537 you G5216 into G1519 prison, G5438 that G2443 ye may be tried; G3985 and G2532 ye shall have G2192 tribulation G2347 ten G1176 days: G2250 be thou G1096 faithful G4103 unto G891 death, G2288 and G2532 I will give G1325 thee G4671 a crown G4735 of life. G2222 He that hath G2192 an ear, G3775 let him hear G191 what G5101 the Spirit G4151 saith G3004 unto the churches; G1577 He that overcometh G3528 shall G91 not G3364 be hurt G91 of G1537 the second G1208 death. G2288
And G2532 he that overcometh, G3528 and G2532 keepeth G5083 my G3450 works G2041 unto G891 the end, G5056 to him G846 will I give G1325 power G1849 over G1909 the nations: G1484 And G2532 he shall rule G4165 them G846 with G1722 a rod G4464 of iron; G4603 as G5613 the vessels G4632 of a potter G2764 shall they be broken to shivers: G4937 even G2504 as G5613 I G2504 received G2983 of G3844 my G3450 Father. G3962 And G2532 I will give G1325 him G846 the morning G4407 star. G792 He that hath G2192 an ear, G3775 let him hear G191 what G5101 the Spirit G4151 saith G3004 unto the churches. G1577
These wait H7663 all upon thee; that thou mayest give H5414 them their meat H400 in due season. H6256
But G1161 Christ G5547 as G5613 a son G5207 over G1909 his own G846 house; G3624 whose G3739 house G3624 are G2070 we, G2249 if G1437 G4007 we hold fast G2722 the confidence G3954 and G2532 the rejoicing G2745 of the hope G1680 firm G949 unto G3360 the end. G5056
And G2532 ye have forgotten G1585 the exhortation G3874 which G3748 speaketh G1256 unto you G5213 as G5613 unto children, G5207 My G3450 son, G5207 despise G3643 not G3361 thou G3643 the chastening G3809 of the Lord, G2962 nor G3366 faint G1590 when thou art rebuked G1651 of G5259 him: G846

Commentary on Galatians 6 Matthew Henry Commentary
Chapter 6
This chapter chiefly consists of two parts. In the former the apostle gives us several plain and practical directions, which more especially tend to instruct Christians in their duty to one another, and to promote the communion of saints in love (v. 1-10). In the latter he revives the main design of the epistle, which was to fortify the Galatians against the arts of their judaizing teachers, and confirm them in the truth and liberty of the gospel, for which purpose he,
Gal 6:1-10
The apostle having, in the foregoing chapter, exhorted Christians by love to serve one another (v. 13), and also cautioned us (v. 16) against a temper which, if indulged, would hinder us from showing the mutual love and serviceableness which he had recommended, in the beginning of this chapter he proceeds to give some further directions, which, if duly observed, would both promote the one and prevent the other of these, and render our behaviour both more agreeable to our Christian profession and more useful and comfortable to one another: particularly,
Gal 6:11-18
The apostle, having at large established the doctrine of the gospel, and endeavoured to persuade these Christians to a behaviour agreeable to it, seems as if he intended here to have put an end to the epistle, especially when he had acquainted them that, as a particular mark of his respect for them, he had written this large letter with his own hand, and had not made use of another as his amanuensis, and only subscribed his name to it, as he was wont to do in his other epistles: but such is his affection to them such his concern to recover them from the bad impressions made upon them by their false teachers, that he cannot break off till he has once again given them the true character of those teachers, and an account of his own contrary temper and behaviour, that by comparing these together they might the more easily see how little reason they had to depart from the doctrine he had taught them and to comply with theirs.
