14 Is H6381 any thing H1697 too hard H6381 for the LORD? H3068 At the time appointed H4150 I will return H7725 unto thee, according to the time H6256 of life, H2416 and Sarah H8283 shall have a son. H1121
Ah H162 Lord H136 GOD! H3069 behold, thou hast made H6213 the heaven H8064 and the earth H776 by thy great H1419 power H3581 and stretched out H5186 arm, H2220 and there is nothing H1697 too hard H6381 for thee:
And G1161 Jesus G2424 looking upon G1689 them G846 saith, G3004 With G3844 men G444 it is impossible, G102 but G235 not G3756 with G3844 God: G2316 for G1063 with G3844 God G2316 all things G3956 are G2076 possible. G1415
Thus saith H559 the LORD H3068 of hosts; H6635 If it be marvellous H6381 in the eyes H5869 of the remnant H7611 of this people H5971 in these days, H3117 should it also be marvellous H6381 in mine eyes? H5869 saith H5002 the LORD H3068 of hosts. H6635
But G1161 the angel G32 said G2036 unto G4314 him, G846 Fear G5399 not, G3361 Zacharias: G2197 for G1360 thy G4675 prayer G1162 is heard; G1522 and G2532 thy G4675 wife G1135 Elisabeth G1665 shall bear G1080 thee G4671 a son, G5207 and G2532 thou shalt call G2564 his G846 name G3686 John. G2491
And he said, H559 I will certainly H7725 return H7725 unto thee according to the time H6256 of life; H2416 and, lo, Sarah H8283 thy wife H802 shall have a son. H1121 And Sarah H8283 heard H8085 it in the tent H168 door, H6607 which was behind him. H310
And G1161 immediately G2112 Jesus G2424 stretched forth G1614 his hand, G5495 and caught G1949 him, G846 and G2532 said G3004 unto him, G846 O thou of little faith, G3640 wherefore G1519 G5101 didst thou doubt? G1365
Who G3739 shall change G3345 our G2257 vile G5014 body, G4983 that G1519 it G846 may be G1096 fashioned like unto G4832 his G846 glorious G1391 body, G4983 according to G2596 the working G1753 whereby he G846 is able G1410 even G2532 to subdue G5293 all things G3956 unto himself. G1438
Thou shalt not be affrighted H6206 at H6440 them: for the LORD H3068 thy God H430 is among H7130 you, a mighty H1419 God H410 and terrible. H3372
And Jonathan H3083 said H559 to the young man H5288 that bare H5375 his armour, H3627 Come, H3212 and let us go over H5674 unto the garrison H4673 of these uncircumcised: H6189 it may be that the LORD H3068 will work H6213 for us: for there is no restraint H4622 to the LORD H3068 to save H3467 by many H7227 or by few. H4592
Accounting G3049 that G3754 God G2316 was able G1415 to raise him up, G1453 even G2532 from G1537 the dead; G3498 from whence G3606 also G2532 he received G2865 him G846 in G1722 a figure. G3850
And G2532 think G1380 not G3361 to say G3004 within G1722 yourselves, G1438 We have G2192 Abraham G11 to our father: G3962 for G1063 I say G3004 unto you, G5213 that G3754 God G2316 is able G1410 of G1537 these G5130 stones G3037 to raise up G1453 children G5043 unto Abraham. G11
Behold, God H410 is mighty, H3524 and despiseth H3988 not any: he is mighty H3524 in strength H3581 and wisdom. H3820
Then Elisha H477 said, H559 Hear H8085 ye the word H1697 of the LORD; H3068 Thus saith H559 the LORD, H3068 To morrow H4279 about this time H6256 shall a measure H5429 of fine flour H5560 be sold for a shekel, H8255 and two measures H5429 of barley H8184 for a shekel, H8255 in the gate H8179 of Samaria. H8111 Then a lord H7991 on whose hand H3027 the king H4428 leaned H8172 answered H6030 the man H376 of God, H430 and said, H559 Behold, if the LORD H3068 would make H6213 windows H699 in heaven, H8064 might this thing H1697 be? And he said, H559 Behold, thou shalt see H7200 it with thine eyes, H5869 but shalt not eat H398 thereof.

Commentary on Genesis 18 Matthew Henry Commentary
Chapter 18
We have an account in this chapter of another interview between God and Abraham, probably within a few days after the former, as the reward of his cheerful obedience to the law of circumcision. Here is,
Gen 18:1-8
The appearance of God to Abraham seems to have had in it more of freedom and familiarity, and less of grandeur and majesty, than those we have hitherto read of; and therefore more resembles that great visit which, in the fullness of time, the Son of God was to make to the world, when the Word would be flesh, and appear as one of us. Observe here,
Gen 18:9-15
These heavenly guests (being sent to confirm the promise lately made to Abraham, that he should have a son by Sarah), while they are receiving Abraham's kind entertainment, they return his kindness. He receives angels, and has angels' rewards, a gracious message from heaven, Mt. 10:41.
Gen 18:16-22
The messengers from heaven had now despatched one part of their business, which was an errand of grace to Abraham and Sarah, and which they delivered first; but now they have before them work of another nature. Sodom is to be destroyed, and they must do it, ch. 19:13. Note, As with the Lord there is mercy, so he is the God to whom vengeance belongs. Pursuant to their commission, we here find,
Gen 18:23-33
Communion with God is kept up by the word and by prayer. In the word God speaks to us; in prayer we speak to him. God had revealed to Abraham his purposes concerning Sodom; now from this Abraham takes occasion to speak to God on Sodom's behalf. Note, God's word then does us good when it furnishes us with matter for prayer and excites us to it. When God has spoken to us, we must consider what we have to say to him upon it. Observe,
