10 Ye are my witnesses, H5707 saith H5002 the LORD, H3068 and my servant H5650 whom I have chosen: H977 that ye may know H3045 and believe H539 me, and understand H995 that I am he: before H6440 me there was no God H410 formed, H3335 neither shall there be after H310 me.
Who hath wrought H6466 and done H6213 it, calling H7121 the generations H1755 from the beginning? H7218 I the LORD, H3068 the first, H7223 and with the last; H314 I am he.
Remember H2142 this, and shew yourselves men: H377 bring it again H7725 to mind, H3820 O ye transgressors. H6586 Remember H2142 the former things H7223 of old: H5769 for I am God, H410 and there is none else; I am God, H430 and there is none H657 like H3644 me,
Thus saith H559 the LORD H3068 the King H4428 of Israel, H3478 and his redeemer H1350 the LORD H3068 of hosts; H6635 I am the first, H7223 and I am the last; H314 and beside H1107 me there is no God. H430 And who, as I, shall call, H7121 and shall declare H5046 it, and set it in order H6186 for me, since I appointed H7760 the ancient H5769 people? H5971 and the things that are coming, H857 and shall come, H935 let them shew H5046 unto them. Fear H6342 ye not, neither be afraid: H7297 H7297 have not I told H8085 thee from that time, H227 and have declared H5046 it? ye are even my witnesses. H5707 Is there H3426 a God H433 beside H1107 me? yea, there is no God; H6697 I know H3045 not any.
As G2531 ye G3129 also G2532 learned G3129 of G575 Epaphras G1889 our G2257 dear G27 fellowservant, G4889 who G3739 is G2076 for G5228 you G5216 a faithful G4103 minister G1249 of Christ; G5547
And G2532 unto the angel G32 of the church G1577 of the Laodiceans G2994 write; G1125 These things G3592 saith G3004 the Amen, G281 the faithful G4103 and G2532 true G228 witness, G3144 the beginning G746 of the creation G2937 of God; G2316
And G2532 from G575 Jesus G2424 Christ, G5547 who is the faithful G4103 witness, G3144 and the first begotten G4416 of G1537 the dead, G3498 and G2532 the prince G758 of the kings G935 of the earth. G1093 Unto him that loved G25 us, G2248 and G2532 washed G3068 us G2248 from G575 our G2257 sins G266 in G1722 his own G846 blood, G129
Who G3739 bare record G3140 of the word G3056 of God, G2316 and G2532 of the testimony G3141 of Jesus G2424 Christ, G5547 and G5037 of all things G3745 that he saw. G1492
Have ye not known? H3045 have ye not heard? H8085 hath it not been told H5046 you from the beginning? H7218 have ye not understood H995 from the foundations H4146 of the earth? H776 It is he that sitteth H3427 upon the circle H2329 of the earth, H776 and the inhabitants H3427 thereof are as grasshoppers; H2284 that stretcheth out H5186 the heavens H8064 as a curtain, H1852 and spreadeth them out H4969 as a tent H168 to dwell in: H3427
Yea, G1161 and G2532 we are found G2147 false witnesses G5575 of God; G2316 because G3754 we have testified G3140 of G2596 God G2316 that G3754 he raised up G1453 Christ: G5547 whom G3739 he raised G1453 not G3756 up, G1453 if G1512 so be G686 that the dead G3498 rise G1453 not. G3756
But G235 ye shall receive G2983 power, G1411 after that the Holy G40 Ghost G4151 is come G1904 upon G1909 you: G5209 and G2532 ye shall be G2071 witnesses G3144 unto me G3427 both G5037 in G1722 Jerusalem, G2419 and G2532 in G1722 all G3956 Judaea, G2449 and G2532 in Samaria, G4540 and G2532 unto G2193 the uttermost part G2078 of the earth. G1093
And G1161 ye G5210 also G2532 shall bear witness, G3140 because G3754 ye have been G2075 with G3326 me G1700 from G575 the beginning. G746
The same G3778 came G2064 for G1519 a witness, G3141 to G2443 bear witness G3140 of G4012 the Light, G5457 that G2443 all G3956 men through G1223 him G846 might believe. G4100 He was G2258 not G3756 that G1565 Light, G5457 but G235 was sent to G2443 bear witness G3140 of G4012 that Light. G5457

Commentary on Isaiah 43 Matthew Henry Commentary
Chapter 43
The contents of this chapter are much the same with those of the foregoing chapter, looking at the release of the Jews out of their captivity, but looking through that, and beyond that, to the great work of man's redemption by Jesus Christ, and the grace of the gospel, which through him believers partake of. Here are,
Isa 43:1-7
This chapter has a plain connexion with the close of the foregoing chapter, but a very surprising one. It was there said that Jacob and Israel would not walk in God's ways, and that when he corrected them for their disobedience they were stubborn and laid it not to heart; and now one would think it should have followed that God would utterly abandon and destroy them; but no, the next words are, But now, fear not, O Jacob! O Israel! I have redeemed thee, and thou art mine. Though many among them were untractable and incorrigible, yet God would continue his love and care for his people, and the body of that nation should still be reserved for mercy. God's goodness takes occasion from man's badness to appear so much the more illustrious. Where sin abounded, grace did much more abound (Rom. 5:20), and mercy rejoices against judgment, as having prevailed and carried the day, Jam. 2:13. Now the sun, breaking out thus of a sudden from behind a thick and dark cloud, shines the brighter, and with a pleasing surprise. The expressions of God's favour and good-will to his people here are very high, and speak abundance of comfort to all the spiritual seed of upright Jacob and praying Israel; for to us is this gospel preached as well as unto those that were captives in Babylon, Heb. 4:2. Here we have,
Isa 43:8-13
God here challenges the worshippers of idols to produce such proofs of the divinity of their false gods as even this very instance (to go no further) of the redemption of the Jews out of Babylon furnished the people of Israel with, to prove that their God is the true and living God, and he only.
Isa 43:14-21
To so low an ebb were the faith and hope of God's people in Babylon brought that there needed line upon line to assure them that they should be released out of their captivity; and therefore, that they might have strong consolation, the assurances of it are often repeated, and here very expressly and encouragingly.
Isa 43:22-28
This charge (and a high charge it is which is here exhibited against Jacob and Israel, God's professing people) comes in here,
