7 And he shall sprinkle H5137 upon him that is to be cleansed H2891 from the leprosy H6883 seven H7651 times, H6471 and shall pronounce him clean, H2891 and shall let the living H2416 bird H6833 loose H7971 into the open H6440 field. H7704
Then will I sprinkle H2236 clean H2889 water H4325 upon you, and ye shall be clean: H2891 from all your filthiness, H2932 and from all your idols, H1544 will I cleanse H2891 you.
So shall he sprinkle H5137 many H7227 nations; H1471 the kings H4428 shall shut H7092 their mouths H6310 at him: for that which had not been told H5608 them shall they see; H7200 and that which they had not heard H8085 shall they consider. H995
And Elisha H477 sent H7971 a messenger H4397 unto him, saying, H559 Go H1980 and wash H7364 in Jordan H3383 seven H7651 times, H6471 and thy flesh H1320 shall come again H7725 to thee, and thou shalt be clean. H2891
Elect G1588 according G2596 to the foreknowledge G4268 of God G2316 the Father, G3962 through G1722 sanctification G38 of the Spirit, G4151 unto G1519 obedience G5218 and G2532 sprinkling G4473 of the blood G129 of Jesus G2424 Christ: G5547 Grace G5485 unto you, G5213 and G2532 peace, G1515 be multiplied. G4129
He will turn again, H7725 he will have compassion H7355 upon us; he will subdue H3533 our iniquities; H5771 and thou wilt cast H7993 all their sins H2403 into the depths H4688 of the sea. H3220
And G2532 to Jesus G2424 the mediator G3316 of the new G3501 covenant, G1242 and G2532 to the blood G129 of sprinkling, G4473 that speaketh G2980 better things G2909 than G3844 that of Abel. G6
For then G1893 must G1163 he G846 often G4178 have suffered G3958 since G575 the foundation G2602 of the world: G2889 but G1161 now G3568 once G530 in G1909 the end G4930 of the world G165 hath he appeared G5319 to G1519 put away G115 sin G266 by G1223 the sacrifice G2378 of himself. G846
Moreover G1161 G3668 he sprinkled G4472 with blood G129 both G2532 the tabernacle, G4633 and G2532 all G3956 the vessels G4632 of the ministry. G3009
For G1063 when G5259 Moses G3475 had spoken G2980 every G3956 precept G1785 to all G3956 the people G2992 according G2596 to the law, G3551 he took G2983 the blood G129 of calves G3448 and G2532 of goats, G5131 with G3326 water, G5204 and G2532 scarlet G2847 wool, G2053 and G2532 hyssop, G5301 and sprinkled G4472 both G5037 the book, G975 G846 and G2532 all G3956 the people, G2992
That G2443 he might sanctify G37 and cleanse it G2511 with the washing G3067 of water G5204 by G1722 the word, G4487 That G2443 he might present G3936 it G846 to himself G1438 a glorious G1741 church, G1577 not G3361 having G2192 spot, G4696 or G2228 wrinkle, G4512 or G2228 any G5100 such thing; G5108 but G235 that G2443 it should be G5600 holy G40 and G2532 without blemish. G299
But G235 one G1520 of the soldiers G4757 with a spear G3057 pierced G3572 his G846 side, G4125 and G2532 forthwith G2117 came there out G1831 blood G129 and G2532 water. G5204
Seventy H7657 weeks H7620 are determined H2852 upon thy people H5971 and upon thy holy H6944 city, H5892 to finish H3607 the transgression, H6588 and to make an end H8552 H2856 of sins, H2403 and to make reconciliation H3722 for iniquity, H5771 and to bring in H935 everlasting H5769 righteousness, H6664 and to seal up H2856 the vision H2377 and prophecy, H5030 and to anoint H4886 the most H6944 Holy. H6944

Wash H3526 me throughly H7235 from mine iniquity, H5771 and cleanse H2891 me from my sin. H2403
And a clean H2889 person H376 shall take H3947 hyssop, H231 and dip H2881 it in the water, H4325 and sprinkle H5137 it upon the tent, H168 and upon all the vessels, H3627 and upon the persons H5315 that were there, and upon him that touched H5060 a bone, H6106 or one slain, H2491 or one dead, H4191 or a grave: H6913 And the clean H2889 person shall sprinkle H5137 upon the unclean H2931 on the third H7992 day, H3117 and on the seventh H7637 day: H3117 and on the seventh H7637 day H3117 he shall purify H2398 himself, and wash H3526 his clothes, H899 and bathe H7364 himself in water, H4325 and shall be clean H2891 at even. H6153
And the goat H8163 shall bear H5375 upon him all their iniquities H5771 unto a land H776 not inhabited: H1509 and he shall let go H7971 the goat H8163 in the wilderness. H4057
And he shall sprinkle H5137 of the blood H1818 upon it with his finger H676 seven H7651 times, H6471 and cleanse H2891 it, and hallow H6942 it from the uncleanness H2932 of the children H1121 of Israel. H3478
And he shall take H3947 the cedar H730 wood, H6086 and the hyssop, H231 and the scarlet, H8144 H8438 and the living H2416 bird, H6833 and dip H2881 them in the blood H1818 of the slain H7819 bird, H6833 and in the running H2416 water, H4325 and sprinkle H5137 the house H1004 seven H7651 times: H6471
And he sprinkled H5137 thereof upon the altar H4196 seven H7651 times, H6471 and anointed H4886 the altar H4196 and all his vessels, H3627 both the laver H3595 and his foot, H3653 to sanctify H6942 them.
This G3778 is G2076 he that came G2064 by G1223 water G5204 and G2532 blood, G129 even Jesus G2424 Christ; G5547 not G3756 by G1722 water G5204 only, G3440 but G235 by G1722 water G5204 and G2532 blood. G129 And G2532 it is G2076 the Spirit G4151 that beareth witness, G3140 because G3754 the Spirit G4151 is G2076 truth. G225

Commentary on Leviticus 14 Matthew Henry Commentary
Chapter 14
The former chapter directed the priests how to convict a leper of ceremonial uncleanness. No prescriptions are given for his cure; but, when God had cured him, the priests are in this chapter directed how to cleanse him. The remedy here is only adapted to the ceremonial part of his disease; but the authority Christ gave to his ministers was to cure the lepers, and so to cleanse them. We have here,
Lev 14:1-9
Here,
Lev 14:10-20
Observe,
Lev 14:21-32
We have here the gracious provision which the law made for the cleansing of poor lepers. If they were not able to bring three lambs, and three tenth-deals of flour, they must bring one lamb, and one tenth-deal of flour, and, instead of the other two lambs, two turtle-doves or two young pigeons, v. 21, 22. Here see,
Lev 14:33-53

Now,
Lev 14:54-57
This is the conclusion of this law concerning the leprosy. There is no repetition of it in Deuteronomy, only a general memorandum given (Deu. 24:8), Take heed in the plague of leprosy. We may see in this law,
