12 And he shall consecrate H5144 unto the LORD H3068 the days H3117 of his separation, H5145 and shall bring H935 a lamb H3532 of the first H1121 year H8141 for a trespass offering: H817 but the days H3117 that were before H7223 shall be lost, H5307 because his separation H5145 was defiled. H2930
And he shall bring H935 his trespass offering H817 unto the LORD H3068 for his sin H2403 which he hath sinned, H2398 a female H5347 from the flock, H6629 a lamb H3776 or a kid H8166 of the goats, H5795 for a sin offering; H2403 and the priest H3548 shall make an atonement H3722 for him concerning his sin. H2403
And the priest H3548 shall take H3947 the lamb H3532 of the trespass offering, H817 and the log H3849 of oil, H8081 and the priest H3548 shall wave H5130 them for a wave offering H8573 before H6440 the LORD: H3068
But when the righteous H6662 turneth away H7725 from his righteousness, H6666 and committeth H6213 iniquity, H5766 and doeth H6213 according to all the abominations H8441 that the wicked H7563 man doeth, H6213 shall he live? H2425 All his righteousness H6666 that he hath done H6213 shall not be mentioned: H2142 in his trespass H4603 that he hath trespassed, H4604 and in his sin H2403 that he hath sinned, H2398 in them shall he die. H4191
And G1161 Jesus G2424 answering G611 said G2036 unto G4314 him, G846 Suffer G863 it to be so now: G737 for G1063 thus G3779 it becometh G4241 G2076 us G2254 to fulfil G4137 all G3956 righteousness. G1343 Then G5119 he suffered G863 him. G846
But G1161 he that shall endure G5278 unto G1519 the end, G5056 the same G3778 shall be saved. G4982
And G2532 he that sent G3992 me G3165 is G2076 with G3326 me: G1700 the Father G3962 hath G863 not G3756 left G863 me G3165 alone; G3441 for G3754 I G1473 do G4160 always G3842 those things that please G701 him. G846 As he G846 spake G2980 these words, G5023 many G4183 believed G4100 on G1519 him. G846 Then G3767 said G3004 Jesus G2424 to G4314 those Jews G2453 which G3588 believed G4100 on him, G846 If G1437 ye G5210 continue G3306 in G1722 my G1699 word, G3056 then are ye G2075 my G3450 disciples G3101 indeed; G230

Commentary on Numbers 6 Matthew Henry Commentary
Chapter 6
In this chapter we have,
Num 6:1-21
After the law for the discovery and shame of those that by sin had made themselves vile, fitly follows this for the direction and encouragement of those who by their eminent piety and devotion had made themselves honourable, and distinguished themselves from their neighbours. It is very probable that there were those before the making of this law who went under the character of Nazarites, and were celebrated by that title as persons professing greater strictness and zeal in religion than other people; for the vow of a Nazarite is spoken of here as a thing already well known, but the obligation of it is reduced to a greater certainty than hitherto it had been. Joseph is called a Nazarite among his brethren (Gen. 49:26), not only because separate from them, but because eminent among them. Observe,
