25 Yet G1161 I supposed G2233 it necessary G316 to send G3992 to G4314 you G5209 Epaphroditus, G1891 my G3450 brother, G80 and G2532 companion in labour, G4904 and G2532 fellowsoldier, G4961 but G1161 your G5216 messenger, G652 and G2532 he that ministered G3011 to my G3450 wants. G5532
But G1161 I have G568 all, G3956 and G2532 abound: G4052 I am full, G4137 having received G1209 of G3844 Epaphroditus G1891 the things which were sent from G3844 you, G5216 an odour G3744 of a sweet smell, G2175 a sacrifice G2378 acceptable, G1184 wellpleasing G2101 to God. G2316
Paul, G3972 a prisoner G1198 of Jesus G2424 Christ, G5547 and G2532 Timothy G5095 our brother, G80 unto Philemon G5371 our G2257 dearly beloved, G27 and G2532 fellowlabourer, G4904 And G2532 to our beloved G27 Apphia, G682 and G2532 Archippus G751 our G2257 fellowsoldier, G4961 and G2532 to the church G1577 in G2596 thy G4675 house: G3624
And G2532 I intreat G2065 thee G4571 also, G2532 true G1103 yokefellow, G4805 help G4815 those women G846 which G3748 laboured G4866 with me G3427 in G1722 the gospel, G2098 with G3326 Clement G2815 also, G2532 and G2532 with other G3062 my G3450 fellowlabourers, G4904 whose G3739 names G3686 are in G1722 the book G976 of life. G2222
Marcus, G3138 Aristarchus, G708 Demas, G1214 Lucas, G3065 my G3450 fellowlabourers. G4904
Thou G4771 therefore G3767 endure hardness, G2553 as G5613 a good G2570 soldier G4757 of Jesus G2424 Christ. G5547 No man G3762 that warreth G4754 entangleth himself G1707 with the affairs G4230 of this life; G979 that G2443 he may please G700 him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. G4758
As G2531 thou hast sent G649 me G1691 into G1519 the world, G2889 even so G2504 have G649 I also G2504 sent G649 them G846 into G1519 the world. G2889
And G1161 we have sent G4842 with them G846 our G2257 brother, G80 whom G3739 we have G1381 oftentimes G4178 proved G1381 G5607 diligent G4705 in G1722 many things, G4183 but G1161 now G3570 much G4183 more diligent, G4707 upon the great G4183 confidence G4006 which G3588 I have in G1519 you. G5209 Whether G1535 any do enquire of G5228 Titus, G5103 he is my G1699 partner G2844 and G2532 fellowhelper G4904 concerning G1519 you: G5209 or G1535 our G2257 brethren G80 be enquired of, they are the messengers G652 of the churches, G1577 and the glory G1391 of Christ. G5547
G2228 Have I committed G4160 an offence G266 in abasing G5013 myself G1683 that G2443 ye G5210 might be exalted, G5312 because G3754 I have preached G2097 to you G5213 the gospel G2098 of God G2316 freely? G1432 I robbed G4813 other G243 churches, G1577 taking G2983 wages G3800 of them, to G4314 do G1248 you G5216 service. G1248 And G2532 when I was present G3918 with G4314 you, G5209 and G2532 wanted, G5302 I was G3756 chargeable G2655 to no man: G3762 for G1063 that which was lacking G5303 to me G3450 the brethren G80 which came G2064 from G575 Macedonia G3109 supplied: G4322 and G2532 in G1722 all G3956 things I have kept G5083 myself G1683 from being burdensome G4 unto you, G5213 and G2532 so will I keep G5083 myself.
And G2532 Jesus, G2424 which G3588 is called G3004 Justus, G2459 who G3588 are G5607 of G1537 the circumcision. G4061 These G3778 only G3441 are my fellowworkers G4904 unto G1519 the kingdom G932 of God, G2316 which G3748 have been G1096 a comfort G3931 unto me. G3427
And G2532 sent G3992 Timotheus, G5095 our G2257 brother, G80 and G2532 minister G1249 of God, G2316 and G2532 our G2257 fellowlabourer G4904 in G1722 the gospel G2098 of Christ, G5547 to G1519 establish G4741 you, G5209 and G2532 to comfort G3870 you G5209 concerning G4012 your G5216 faith: G4102

Commentary on Philippians 2 Matthew Henry Commentary
Chapter 2
The apostle proceeds to further exhortations to several duties, to be like-minded, and lowly-minded, which he presses from the example of Christ (v. 1-11), to be diligent and serious in the Christian course (v. 12, 13), and to adorn their Christian profession by several suitable graces (v. 14-18). He then concludes with particular notice and commendation of two good ministers, Timothy and Epaphroditus, whom he designed to send to them (v. 19-30).
Phl 2:1-11
The apostle proceeds in this chapter where he left off in the last, with further exhortations to Christian duties. He presses them largely to like-mindedness and lowly-mindedness, in conformity to the example of the Lord Jesus, the great pattern of humility and love. Here we may observe,
Phl 2:12-13
Phl 2:14-18
The apostle exhorts them in these verses to adorn their Christian profession by a suitable temper and behaviour, in several instances.
Phl 2:19-30
Paul takes particular notice of two good ministers; for though he was himself a great apostle, and laboured more abundantly than they all, yet he took all occasions to speak with respect of those who were far his inferiors.
