Cross Reference

Psalms 141:5 STRONG

Let the righteous H6662 smite H1986 me; it shall be a kindness: H2617 and let him reprove H3198 me; it shall be an excellent H7218 oil, H8081 which shall not break H5106 my head: H7218 for yet my prayer H8605 also shall be in their calamities. H7451

Job 5:17-18 STRONG

Behold, happy H835 is the man H582 whom God H433 correcteth: H3198 therefore despise H3988 not thou the chastening H4148 of the Almighty: H7706 For he maketh sore, H3510 and bindeth up: H2280 he woundeth, H4272 and his hands H3027 make whole. H7495

2 Samuel 12:7-15 STRONG

And Nathan H5416 said H559 to David, H1732 Thou art the man. H376 Thus saith H559 the LORD H3068 God H430 of Israel, H3478 I anointed H4886 thee king H4428 over Israel, H3478 and I delivered H5337 thee out of the hand H3027 of Saul; H7586 And I gave H5414 thee thy master's H113 house, H1004 and thy master's H113 wives H802 into thy bosom, H2436 and gave H5414 thee the house H1004 of Israel H3478 and of Judah; H3063 and if that had been too little, H4592 I would moreover have given H3254 unto thee such H2007 and such things. H2007 Wherefore hast thou despised H959 the commandment H1697 of the LORD, H3068 to do H6213 evil H7451 in his sight? H5869 thou hast killed H5221 Uriah H223 the Hittite H2850 with the sword, H2719 and hast taken H3947 his wife H802 to be thy wife, H802 and hast slain H2026 him with the sword H2719 of the children H1121 of Ammon. H5983 Now therefore the sword H2719 shall never H5704 H5769 depart H5493 from thine house; H1004 because H6118 thou hast despised H959 me, and hast taken H3947 the wife H802 of Uriah H223 the Hittite H2850 to be thy wife. H802 Thus saith H559 the LORD, H3068 Behold, I will raise up H6965 evil H7451 against thee out of thine own house, H1004 and I will take H3947 thy wives H802 before thine eyes, H5869 and give H5414 them unto thy neighbour, H7453 and he shall lie H7901 with thy wives H802 in the sight H5869 of this sun. H8121 For thou didst H6213 it secretly: H5643 but I will do H6213 this thing H1697 before all Israel, H3478 and before the sun. H8121 And David H1732 said H559 unto Nathan, H5416 I have sinned H2398 against the LORD. H3068 And Nathan H5416 said H559 unto David, H1732 The LORD H3068 also hath put away H5674 thy sin; H2403 thou shalt not die. H4191 Howbeit, H657 because by this deed H1697 thou hast given H5006 great occasion H5006 to the enemies H341 of the LORD H3068 to blaspheme, H5006 the child H1121 also that is born H3209 unto thee shall surely H4191 die. H4191 And Nathan H5416 departed H3212 unto his house. H1004 And the LORD H3068 struck H5062 the child H3206 that Uriah's H223 wife H802 bare H3205 unto David, H1732 and it was very sick. H605

But Amasa H6021 took no heed H8104 to the sword H2719 that was in Joab's H3097 hand: H3027 so he smote H5221 him therewith in the fifth H2570 rib, and shed out H8210 his bowels H4578 to the ground, H776 and struck him not again; H8138 and he died. H4191 So Joab H3097 and Abishai H52 his brother H251 pursued H7291 after H310 Sheba H7652 the son H1121 of Bichri. H1075

Proverbs 10:18 STRONG

He that hideth H3680 hatred H8135 with lying H8267 lips, H8193 and he that uttereth H3318 a slander, H1681 is a fool. H3684

Proverbs 26:23-26 STRONG

Burning H1814 lips H8193 and a wicked H7451 heart H3820 are like a potsherd H2789 covered H6823 with silver H3701 dross. H5509 He that hateth H8130 dissembleth H5234 with his lips, H8193 and layeth up H7896 deceit H4820 within H7130 him; When he speaketh H6963 fair, H2603 believe H539 him not: for there are seven H7651 abominations H8441 in his heart. H3820 Whose hatred H8135 is covered H3680 by deceit, H4860 his wickedness H7451 shall be shewed H1540 before the whole congregation. H6951

G2902 And G2532 forthwith G2112 he came G4334 to Jesus, G2424 and said, G2036 Hail, G5463 master; G4461 and G2532 kissed G2705 him. G846 And G1161 Jesus G2424 said G2036 unto him, G846 Friend, G2083 wherefore G1909 G3739 art thou come? G3918 Then G5119 came they, G4334 and laid G1911 hands G5495 on G1909 Jesus, G2424 and G2532 took G2902 him. G846

For G1063 they verily G3303 for G4314 a few G3641 days G2250 chastened G3811 us after G2596 their own G846 pleasure; G1380 but G1161 he for G1909 our profit, G4851 that G1519 we might be partakers G3335 of his G846 holiness. G41
