38 He blesseth H1288 them also, so that they are multiplied H7235 greatly; H3966 and suffereth H4591 not their cattle H929 to decrease. H4591
And the children H1121 of Israel H3478 were fruitful, H6509 and increased abundantly, H8317 and multiplied, H7235 and waxed exceeding H3966 H3966 mighty; H6105 and the land H776 was filled H4390 with them.
And as for Ishmael, H3458 I have heard thee: H8085 Behold, I have blessed H1288 him, and will make him fruitful, H6509 and will multiply H7235 him exceedingly; H3966 H3966 twelve H6240 H8147 princes H5387 shall he beget, H3205 and I will make him H5414 a great H1419 nation. H1471
That our garners H4200 may be full, H4392 affording H6329 all manner of store: H2177 H2177 that our sheep H6629 may bring forth thousands H503 and ten thousands H7231 in our streets: H2351 That our oxen H441 may be strong to labour; H5445 that there be no breaking in, H6556 nor going out; H3318 that there be no complaining H6682 in our streets. H7339
[[A Song H7892 of degrees.]] H4609 Blessed H835 is every one that feareth H3373 the LORD; H3068 that walketh H1980 in his ways. H1870 For thou shalt eat H398 the labour H3018 of thine hands: H3709 happy H835 shalt thou be, and it shall be well H2896 with thee. Thy wife H802 shall be as a fruitful H6509 vine H1612 by the sides H3411 of thine house: H1004 thy children H1121 like olive H2132 plants H8363 round about H5439 thy table. H7979 Behold, that thus shall the man H1397 be blessed H1288 that feareth H3373 the LORD. H3068 The LORD H3068 shall bless H1288 thee out of Zion: H6726 and thou shalt see H7200 the good H2898 of Jerusalem H3389 all the days H3117 of thy life. H2416 Yea, thou shalt see H7200 thy children's H1121 children, H1121 and peace H7965 upon Israel. H3478
And I will bless H1288 her, and give H5414 thee a son H1121 also of her: yea, I will bless H1288 her, and she shall be a mother of nations; H1471 kings H4428 of people H5971 shall be of her.
The blessing H1293 of the LORD, H3068 it maketh rich, H6238 and he addeth H3254 no sorrow H6089 with it.
And out of them shall proceed H3318 thanksgiving H8426 and the voice H6963 of them that make merry: H7832 and I will multiply H7235 them, and they shall not be few; H4591 I will also glorify H3513 them, and they shall not be small. H6819
And God H430 blessed H1288 them, and God H430 said H559 unto them, Be fruitful, H6509 and multiply, H7235 and replenish H4390 the earth, H776 and subdue it: H3533 and have dominion H7287 over the fish H1710 of the sea, H3220 and over the fowl H5775 of the air, H8064 and over every living thing H2416 that moveth H7430 upon the earth. H776
And the LORD H3068 thy God H430 will make thee plenteous H3498 in every work H4639 of thine hand, H3027 in the fruit H6529 of thy body, H990 and in the fruit H6529 of thy cattle, H929 and in the fruit H6529 of thy land, H127 for good: H2896 for the LORD H3068 will again H7725 rejoice H7797 over thee for good, H2896 as he rejoiced H7797 over thy fathers: H1
And the LORD H3068 shall make thee plenteous H3498 in goods, H2896 in the fruit H6529 of thy body, H990 and in the fruit H6529 of thy cattle, H929 and in the fruit H6529 of thy ground, H127 in the land H127 which the LORD H3068 sware H7650 unto thy fathers H1 to give H5414 thee.
Behold, the hand H3027 of the LORD H3068 is H1961 upon thy cattle H4735 which is in the field, H7704 upon the horses, H5483 upon the asses, H2543 upon the camels, H1581 upon the oxen, H1241 and upon the sheep: H6629 there shall be a very H3966 grievous H3515 murrain. H1698 And the LORD H3068 shall sever H6395 between the cattle H4735 of Israel H3478 and the cattle H4735 of Egypt: H4714 and there shall nothing H1697 die H4191 of all that is the children's H1121 of Israel. H3478 And the LORD H3068 appointed H7760 a set time, H4150 saying, H559 To morrow H4279 the LORD H3068 shall do H6213 this thing H1697 in the land. H776 And the LORD H3068 did H6213 that thing H1697 on the morrow, H4283 and all the cattle H4735 of Egypt H4714 died: H4191 but of the cattle H4735 of the children H1121 of Israel H3478 died H4191 not one. H259 And Pharaoh H6547 sent, H7971 and, behold, there was not one H259 of the cattle H4735 of the Israelites H3478 dead. H4191 And the heart H3820 of Pharaoh H6547 was hardened, H3513 and he did not let the people H5971 go. H7971

Commentary on Psalms 107 Matthew Henry Commentary
Psalm 107
The psalmist, having in the two foregoing psalms celebrated the wisdom, power, and goodness of God, in his dealings with his church in particular, here observes some of the instances of his providential care of the children of men in general, especially in their distresses; for he is not only King of saints, but King of nations, not only the God of Israel, but the God of the whole earth, and a common Father to all mankind. Though this may especially refer to Israelites in their personal capacity, yet there were those who pertained not to the commonwealth of Israel and yet were worshippers of the true God; and even those who worshipped images had some knowledge of a supreme "Numen,' to whom, when they were in earnest, they looked above all their false gods. And of these, when they prayed in their distresses, God took a particular care,
When we are in any of these or the like distresses it will be comfortable to sing this psalm, with application; but, if we be not, others are, and have been, of whose deliverances it becomes us to give God the glory, for we are members one of another.
Psa 107:1-9
Here is,
Psa 107:10-16
We are to take notice of the goodness of God towards prisoners and captives. Observe,
Psa 107:17-22
Bodily sickness is another of the calamities of this life which gives us an opportunity of experiencing the goodness of God in recovering us, and of that the psalmist speaks in these verses, where we may observe,
Psa 107:23-32
The psalmist here calls upon those to give glory to God who are delivered from dangers at sea. Though the Israelites dealt not much in merchandise, yet their neighbours the Tyrians and Zidonians did, and for them perhaps this part of the psalm was especially calculated.
Psa 107:33-43
The psalmist, having given God the glory of the providential reliefs granted to persons in distress, here gives him the glory of the revolutions of providence, and the surprising changes it sometimes makes in the affairs of the children of men.
