18 If I should count H5608 them, they are more in number H7235 than the sand: H2344 when I awake, H6974 I am still H5750 with thee.
I laid me down H7901 and slept; H3462 I awaked; H6974 for the LORD H3068 sustained H5564 me.
Thou compassest H2219 my path H734 and my lying down, H7252 and art acquainted H5532 with all my ways. H1870
I have set H7737 the LORD H3068 always H8548 before me: because he is at my right hand, H3225 I shall not be moved. H4131 Therefore my heart H3820 is glad, H8055 and my glory H3519 rejoiceth: H1523 my flesh H1320 also shall rest H7931 in hope. H983 For thou wilt not leave H5800 my soul H5315 in hell; H7585 neither wilt thou suffer H5414 thine Holy One H2623 to see H7200 corruption. H7845 Thou wilt shew H3045 me the path H734 of life: H2416 in thy presence H6440 is fulness H7648 of joy; H8057 at thy right hand H3225 there are pleasures H5273 for evermore. H5331
As for me, I will behold H2372 thy face H6440 in righteousness: H6664 I shall be satisfied, H7646 when I awake, H6974 with thy likeness. H8544
Many, H7227 O LORD H3068 my God, H430 are thy wonderful H6381 works which thou hast done, H6213 and thy thoughts H4284 which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order H6186 unto thee: if I would declare H5046 and speak H1696 of them, they are more H6105 than can be numbered. H5608
When I remember H2142 thee upon my bed, H3326 and meditate H1897 on thee in the night watches. H821 Because thou hast been my help, H5833 therefore in the shadow H6738 of thy wings H3671 will I rejoice. H7442

Commentary on Psalms 139 Matthew Henry Commentary
Psalm 139
Some of the Jewish doctors are of opinion that this is the most excellent of all the psalms of David; and a very pious devout meditation it is upon the doctrine of God's omniscience, which we should therefore have our hearts fixed upon and filled with in singing this psalm.
This great and self-evident truth, That God knows our hearts, and the hearts of all the children of men, if we did but mix faith with it and seriously consider it and apply it, would have a great influence upon our holiness and upon our comfort.
To the chief musician. A psalm of David.
Psa 139:1-6
David here lays down this great doctrine, That the God with whom we have to do has a perfect knowledge of us, and that all the motions and actions both of our inward and of our outward man are naked and open before him.
Psa 139:7-16
It is of great use to us to know the certainty of the things wherein we have been instructed, that we may not only believe them, but be able to tell why we believe them, and to give a reason of the hope that is in us. David is sure that God perfectly knows him and all his ways,
Psa 139:17-24
Here the psalmist makes application of the doctrine of God's omniscience, divers ways.
