7 Which executeth H6213 judgment H4941 for the oppressed: H6231 which giveth H5414 food H3899 to the hungry. H7457 The LORD H3068 looseth H5425 the prisoners: H631
The LORD H3068 executeth H6213 righteousness H6666 and judgment H4941 for all that are oppressed. H6231
God H430 setteth H3427 the solitary H3173 in families: H1004 he bringeth out H3318 those which are bound H615 with chains: H3574 but the rebellious H5637 dwell H7931 in a dry H6707 land.
The Spirit H7307 of the Lord H136 GOD H3069 is upon me; because the LORD H3068 hath anointed H4886 me to preach good tidings H1319 unto the meek; H6035 he hath sent H7971 me to bind up H2280 the brokenhearted, H7665 H3820 to proclaim H7121 liberty H1865 to the captives, H7617 and the opening of the prison H6495 to them that are bound; H631
Remove H5253 not the old H5769 landmark; H1366 and enter H935 not into the fields H7704 of the fatherless: H3490 For their redeemer H1350 is mighty; H2389 he shall plead H7378 their cause H7379 with thee.
And G2532 they did eat, G5315 and G2532 were G5526 all G3956 filled: G5526 and G2532 there was taken up G142 of fragments G2801 that remained G4052 to them G846 twelve G1427 baskets. G2894
The Spirit G4151 of the Lord G2962 is upon G1909 me, G1691 because G1752 he hath anointed G5548 me G3165 to preach the gospel G2097 to the poor; G4434 he hath sent G649 me G3165 to heal G2390 the brokenhearted, G4937 G2588 to preach G2784 deliverance G859 to the captives, G164 and G2532 recovering of sight G309 to the blind, G5185 to set G649 at G1722 liberty G859 them that are bruised, G2352
And I will come near H7126 to you to judgment; H4941 and I will be a swift H4116 witness H5707 against the sorcerers, H3784 and against the adulterers, H5003 and against false H8267 swearers, H7650 and against those that oppress H6231 the hireling H7916 in his wages, H7939 the widow, H490 and the fatherless, H3490 and that turn aside H5186 the stranger H1616 from his right, and fear H3372 not me, saith H559 the LORD H3068 of hosts. H6635
As for thee also, by the blood H1818 of thy covenant H1285 I have sent forth H7971 thy prisoners H615 out of the pit H953 wherein is no water. H4325 Turn H7725 you to the strong hold, H1225 ye prisoners H615 of hope: H8615 even to day H3117 do I declare H5046 that I will render H7725 double H4932 unto thee;
For thou hast broken H2865 the yoke H5923 of his burden, H5448 and the staff H4294 of his shoulder, H7926 the rod H7626 of his oppressor, H5065 as in the day H3117 of Midian. H4080
The eyes H5869 of all wait H7663 upon thee; and thou givest H5414 them their meat H400 in due season. H6256 Thou openest H6605 thine hand, H3027 and satisfiest H7646 the desire H7522 of every living thing. H2416
He brought them out H3318 of darkness H2822 and the shadow of death, H6757 and brake H5423 their bands H4147 in sunder. H5423 Oh that men would praise H3034 the LORD H3068 for his goodness, H2617 and for his wonderful works H6381 to the children H1121 of men! H120 For he hath broken H7665 the gates H1817 of brass, H5178 and cut H1438 the bars H1280 of iron H1270 in sunder. H1438
For he satisfieth H7646 the longing H8264 soul, H5315 and filleth H4390 the hungry H7457 soul H5315 with goodness. H2896 Such as sit H3427 in darkness H2822 and in the shadow of death, H6757 being bound H615 in affliction H6040 and iron; H1270
He sent H7971 a man H376 before H6440 them, even Joseph, H3130 who was sold H4376 for a servant: H5650 Whose feet H7272 they hurt H6031 with fetters: H3525 he H5315 was laid H935 in iron: H1270 Until the time H6256 that his word H1697 came: H935 the word H565 of the LORD H3068 tried H6884 him. The king H4428 sent H7971 and loosed H5425 him; even the ruler H4910 of the people, H5971 and let him go free. H6605
He shall judge H8199 the poor H6041 of the people, H5971 he shall save H3467 the children H1121 of the needy, H34 and shall break in pieces H1792 the oppressor. H6231
Thou hast seen H7200 it; for thou beholdest H5027 mischief H5999 and spite, H3708 to requite H5414 it with thy hand: H3027 the poor H2489 committeth H5800 himself unto thee; thou art the helper H5826 of the fatherless. H3490 Break H7665 thou the arm H2220 of the wicked H7563 and the evil H7451 man: seek out H1875 his wickedness H7562 till thou find H4672 none. H1077

Commentary on Psalms 146 Matthew Henry Commentary
Psalm 146
This and all the rest of the psalms that follow begin and end with Hallelujah, a word which puts much of God's praise into a little compass; for in it we praise him by his name Jah, the contraction of Jehovah. In this excellent psalm of praise,
Psa 146:1-4
David is supposed to have penned this psalm; and he was himself a prince, a mighty prince; as such, it might be thought,
Psa 146:5-10
The psalmist, having cautioned us not to trust in princes (because, if we do, we shall be miserably disappointed), here encourages us to put our confidence in God, because, if we do so, we shall be happily secured: Happy is he that has the God of Jacob for his help, that has an interest in his attributes and promises, and has them engaged for him, and whose hope is in the Lord his God.
