8 But G235 what G5101 saith it? G3004 The word G4487 is G2076 nigh G1451 thee, G4675 even in G1722 thy G4675 mouth, G4750 and G2532 in G1722 thy G4675 heart: G2588 that is, G5123 the word G4487 of faith, G4102 which G3739 we preach; G2784
But the word H1697 is very H3966 nigh H7138 unto thee, in thy mouth, H6310 and in thy heart, H3824 that thou mayest do H6213 it.
For G1063 I am G1870 not G3756 ashamed G1870 of the gospel G2098 of Christ: G5547 for G1063 it is G2076 the power G1411 of God G2316 unto G1519 salvation G4991 to every one G3956 that believeth; G4100 to the Jew G2453 first, G4412 and G5037 also G2532 to the Greek. G1672 For G1063 therein G1722 G846 is G601 the righteousness G1343 of God G2316 revealed G601 from G1537 faith G4102 to G1519 faith: G4102 as G2531 it is written, G1125 G1161 The just G1342 shall live G2198 by G1537 faith. G4102
If thou put G5294 the brethren G80 in remembrance G5294 of these things, G5023 thou shalt be G2071 a good G2570 minister G1249 of Jesus G2424 Christ, G5547 nourished up G1789 in the words G3056 of faith G4102 and G2532 of good G2570 doctrine, G1319 whereunto G3739 thou hast attained. G3877
But G1161 the word G4487 of the Lord G2962 endureth G3306 for G1519 ever. G165 And G1161 this G5124 is G2076 the word G4487 which G3588 by the gospel is preached G2097 unto G1519 you. G5209
I create H1254 the fruit H5108 of the lips; H8193 Peace, H7965 peace H7965 to him that is far off, H7350 and to him that is near, H7138 saith H559 the LORD; H3068 and I will heal H7495 him.
And G2532 he said G2036 unto them, G846 Go ye G4198 into G1519 all G537 the world, G2889 and preach G2784 the gospel G2098 to every G3956 creature. G2937 He that believeth G4100 and G2532 is baptized G907 shall be saved; G4982 but G1161 he that believeth not G569 shall be damned. G2632
To him G5129 give G3140 all G3956 the prophets G4396 witness, G3140 that through G1223 his G846 name G3686 whosoever G3956 believeth G4100 in G1519 him G846 shall receive G2983 remission G859 of sins. G266
Be it G2077 known G1110 unto you G5213 therefore, G3767 men G435 and brethren, G80 that G3754 through G1223 this man G5127 is preached G2605 unto you G5213 the forgiveness G859 of sins: G266 And G2532 by G1722 him G5129 all G3956 that believe G4100 are justified G1344 from G575 all things, G3956 from which G3739 ye could G1410 not G3756 be justified G1344 by G1722 the law G3551 of Moses. G3475
So then G686 faith G4102 cometh by G1537 hearing, G189 and G1161 hearing G189 by G1223 the word G4487 of God. G2316

Commentary on Romans 10 Matthew Henry Commentary
Chapter 10
The dissolving of the peculiar church-state of the Jews, and the rejection of that polity by the repealing of their ceremonial law, the vacating of all the institutions of it, the abolishing of their priesthood, the burning of their temple, and the taking away of their place and nation, and in their room the substituting and erecting of a catholic church-state among the Gentile nations, though to us, now that these things have long since been done and completed, they may seem no great matter, yet to those who lived when they were doing, who knew how high the Jews had stood in God's favour, and how deplorable the condition of the Gentile world had been for many ages, it appeared very great and marvellous, and a mystery hard to be understood. The apostle, in this chapter, as in the foregoing and that which follows, is explaining and proving it; but with several very useful digressions, which a little interrupt the thread of his discourse. To two great truths I would reduce this chapter:-
Rom 10:1-11
The scope of the apostle in this part of the chapter is to show the vast difference between the righteousness of the law and the righteousness of faith, and the great pre-eminence of the righteousness of faith above that of the law; that he might induce and persuade the Jews to believe in Christ, aggravate the folly and sin of those that refused, and justify God in the rejection of such refusers.
Rom 10:12-21
The first words express the design of the apostle through these verses, that there is no difference between Jews and Gentiles, but they stand upon the same level in point of acceptance with God. In Jesus Christ there is neither Greek nor Jews, Col. 3:11. God doth not save any nor reject any because they are Jews, nor because they are Greeks, but doth equally accept both upon gospel terms: There is no difference. For the proof of this he urges two arguments:-
