10 He who believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself. He who doesn't believe God has made him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has given concerning his Son.
The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God;
He who has received his witness has set his seal to this, that God is true.
If we say that we haven't sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
You don't have his word living in you; because you don't believe him whom he sent.
The dragon grew angry with the woman, and went away to make war with the rest of her seed, who keep God's commandments and hold Jesus' testimony.
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies. To him who overcomes, to him I will give of the hidden manna,{Manna is supernatural food, named after the Hebrew for "What is it?". See Exodus 11:7-9.} and I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written, which no one knows but he who receives it.
We have the more sure word of prophecy; whereunto you do well that you take heed, as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns, and the day star arises in your hearts:
For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
Why is my pain perpetual, and my wound incurable, which refuses to be healed? will you indeed be to me as a deceitful [brook], as waters that fail?
Who has believed our message? and to whom has the arm of Yahweh been revealed?
The friendship of Yahweh is with those who fear him. He will show them his covenant.
If it isn't so now, who will prove me a liar, And make my speech worth nothing?"
