3 Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of the prophecy, and keep the things that are written in it, for the time is at hand.
But he said, "On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God, and keep it."
Do this, knowing the time, that it is already time for you to awaken out of sleep, for salvation is now nearer to us than when we first believed.
Blessed is the man who hears me, Watching daily at my gates, Waiting at my door posts.
You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand. Don't grumble, brothers, against one another, so that you won't be judged. Behold, the judge stands at the door.
But don't forget this one thing, beloved, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
He said to me, "These words are faithful and true. The Lord God of the spirits of the prophets sent his angel to show to his bondservants the things which must happen soon." "Behold, I come quickly. Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book."
Blessed is he who waits, and comes to the one thousand three hundred thirty-five days. But go you your way until the end be; for you shall rest, and shall stand in your lot, at the end of the days.
