15 And Samuel lieth till the morning, and openeth the doors of the house of Jehovah, and Samuel is afraid of declaring the vision unto Eli.
And I say, `Ah, Lord Jehovah! lo, I have not known -- to speak, for I `am' a youth.' And Jehovah saith unto me, `Do not say, I `am' a youth, for to all to whom I send thee thou goest, and all that I command thee thou speakest. Be not afraid of their faces, for with thee `am' I to deliver thee, -- an affirmation of Jehovah.'
And if Timotheus may come, see that he may become without fear with you, for the work of the Lord he doth work, even as I, no one, then, may despise him; and send ye him forward in peace, that he may come to me, for I expect him with the brethren;

Chapter 3
In the foregoing chapter we had Samuel a young priest, though by birth a Levite only, for he ministered before the Lord in a linen ephod; in this chapter we have him a young prophet, which was more, God in an extraordinary manner revealing himself to him, and in him reviving, if not commencing, prophecy in Israel.
