5 Behold attentively the heavens -- and see, And behold the clouds, They have been higher than thou.
Is not God high `in' heaven? And see the summit of the stars, That they are high.
For high have the heavens been above the earth, So high have been My ways above your ways, And My thoughts above your thoughts.
and He bringeth him out without, and saith, `Look attentively, I pray thee, towards the heavens, and count the stars, if thou art able to count them;' and He saith to him, `Thus is thy seed.'
But, is it true? -- God dwelleth on the earth! lo, the heavens, and the heavens of the heavens do not contain Thee, how much less this house which I have builded!
Dost thou know the balancings of a cloud? The wonders of the Perfect in knowledge?
From the golden north it cometh, Beside God `is' fearful honour. The Mighty! we have not found Him out, High in power and judgment, He doth not answer! And abundant in righteousness,
He who is sitting on the circle of the earth, And its inhabitants `are' as grasshoppers, He who is stretching out as a thin thing the heavens, And spreadeth them as a tent to dwell in. He who is making princes become nothing, Judges of earth as emptiness hath made;

Chapter 35
Job being still silent, Elihu follows his blow, and here, a third time, undertakes to show him that he had spoken amiss, and ought to recant. Three improper sayings he here charges him with, and returns answer to them distinctly:-
