17 he on the house-top -- let him not come down to take up any thing out of his house;
that which I tell you in the darkness, speak in the light, and that which you hear at the ear, proclaim on the house-tops.
in that day, he who shall be on the house top, and his vessels in the house, let him not come down to take them away; and he in the field, in like manner, let him not turn backward; remember the wife of Lot. Whoever may seek to save his life, shall lose it; and whoever may lose it, shall preserve it.
And they come down from the high place to the city, and he speaketh with Saul on the roof.
Give not sleep to thine eyes, And slumber to thine eyelids, Be delivered as a roe from the hand, And as a bird from the hand of a fowler.
