1 By David. Bless, O my soul, Jehovah, And all my inward parts -- His Holy Name.
As `with' milk and fatness is my soul satisfied, And `with' singing lips doth my mouth praise.
What then is it? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray also with the understanding; I will sing psalms with the spirit, and I will sing psalms also with the understanding;
Prepared is my heart, O God, Prepared is my heart, I sing and praise. Awake, mine honour, awake, psaltery and harp, I awake the morning dawn. I thank Thee among the peoples, O Lord, I praise Thee among the nations. For great unto the heavens `is' Thy kindness, And unto the clouds Thy truth. Be thou exalted above the heavens, O God. Above all the earth Thine honour!
I confess Thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart, And I honour Thy name to the age. For Thy kindness `is' great toward me, And Thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest Sheol.
By David. I confess Thee, with all my heart, Before the gods I do praise Thee.

They praise Thy name, `Great, and fearful, holy `it' is.'
And the four living creatures, each by itself severally, had six wings, around and within `are' full of eyes, and rest they have not day and night, saying, `Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, who was, and who is, and who is coming;'
and this I pray, that your love yet more and more may abound in full knowledge, and all judgment,

and thou shalt love the Lord thy God out of all thy heart, and out of thy soul, and out of all thine understanding, and out of all thy strength -- this `is' the first command; and the second `is' like `it', this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself; -- greater than these there is no other command.' And the scribe said to him, `Well, Teacher, in truth thou hast spoken that there is one God, and there is none other but He; and to love Him out of all the heart, and out of all the understanding, and out of all the soul, and out of all the strength, and to love one's neighbor as one's self, is more than all the whole burnt-offerings and the sacrifices.'

Psa 103:6-18
Hitherto the psalmist had only looked back upon his own experiences and thence fetched matter for praise; here he looks abroad and takes notice of his favour to others also; for in them we should rejoice and give thanks for them, all the saints being fed at a common table and sharing in the same blessings.
