2 He who is walking uprightly, And working righteousness, And speaking truth in his heart.
Wherefore, putting away the lying, speak truth each with his neighbour, because we are members one of another;
Lie not one to another, having put off the old man with his practices,
Who `is' the man that is desiring life? Loving days to see good? Keep thy tongue from evil, And thy lips from speaking deceit.
Doth the house of Jacob say, `Hath the Spirit of Jehovah been shortened? Are these His doings?' Do not My words benefit the people that is walking uprightly?
He who is saying in him he doth remain, ought according as he walked also himself so to walk.
who through faith did subdue kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped mouths of lions,
and glory, and honour, and peace, to every one who is working the good, both to Jew first, and to Greek.
and they were both righteous before God, going on in all the commands and righteousnesses of the Lord blameless,
if ye know that he is righteous, know ye that every one doing the righteousness, of him hath been begotten.
Whoso is walking righteously, And is speaking uprightly, Kicking against gain of oppressions, Shaking his hands from taking hold on a bribe, Stopping his ear from hearing of blood, And shutting his eyes from looking on evil,
For a sun and a shield `is' Jehovah God, Grace and honour doth Jehovah give. He withholdeth not good To those walking in uprightness.
`Happy are those doing His commands that the authority shall be theirs unto the tree of the life, and by the gates they may enter into the city; and without `are' the dogs, and the sorcerers, and the whoremongers, and the murderers, and the idolaters, and every one who is loving and is doing a lie.
But when I saw that they are not walking uprightly to the truth of the good news, I said to Peter before all, `If thou, being a Jew, in the manner of the nations dost live, and not in the manner of the Jews, how the nations dost thou compel to Judaize?
but in every nation he who is fearing Him, and is working righteousness, is acceptable to Him;
These `are' the things that ye do: Speak ye truth each with his neighbour, Truth and peaceful judgment judge in your gates, And each the evil of his neighbour ye do not devise in your heart, And a false oath ye do not love, For all these `are' things that I have hated, An affirmation of Jehovah.'

Commentary on Psalms 15 Matthew Henry Commentary
Psalm 15
The scope of this short but excellent psalm is to show us the way to heaven, and to convince us that, if we would be happy, we must be holy and honest. Christ, who is himself the way, and in whom we must walk as our way, has also shown us the same way that is here prescribed, Mt. 19:17. "If thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.' In this psalm,
A psalm of David.
Psa 15:1-5
Here is,
In singing this psalm we must teach and admonish ourselves, and one another, to answer the characters here given of the citizen of Zion, that we may never be moved from God's tabernacle on earth, and may arrive, at last, at that holy hill where we shall be for ever out of the reach of temptation and danger.
