2 Samuel 19:16 - And Shimei the son of Gera, a Benjamite, which was of Bahurim, hasted and came down with the men of Judah to meet king H4428 David.
2 Samuel 19:17 - And there were a thousand men of Benjamin with him, and Ziba the servant of the house of Saul, and his fifteen sons and his twenty servants with him; and they went over Jordan before the king. H4428
2 Samuel 19:18 - And there went over a ferry boat to carry over the king's H4428 household, and to do what he thought good. And Shimei the son of Gera fell down before the king, H4428 as he was come over Jordan;
2 Samuel 19:19 - And said unto the king, H4428 Let not my lord impute iniquity unto me, neither do thou remember that which thy servant did perversely the day that my lord the king H4428 went out of Jerusalem, that the king H4428 should take it to his heart.
2 Samuel 19:20 - For thy servant doth know that I have sinned: therefore, behold, I am come the first this day of all the house of Joseph to go down to meet my lord the king. H4428
2 Samuel 19:22 - And David said, What have I to do with you, ye sons of Zeruiah, that ye should this day be adversaries unto me? shall there any man be put to death this day in Israel? for do not I know that I am this day king H4428 over Israel?
2 Samuel 19:23 - Therefore the king H4428 said unto Shimei, Thou shalt not die. And the king H4428 sware unto him.
2 Samuel 19:24 - And Mephibosheth the son of Saul came down to meet the king, H4428 and had neither dressed his feet, nor trimmed his beard, nor washed his clothes, from the day the king H4428 departed until the day he came again in peace.
2 Samuel 19:25 - And it came to pass, when he was come to Jerusalem to meet the king, H4428 that the king H4428 said unto him, Wherefore wentest not thou with me, Mephibosheth?
2 Samuel 19:26 - And he answered, My lord, O king, H4428 my servant deceived me: for thy servant said, I will saddle me an ass, that I may ride thereon, and go to the king; H4428 because thy servant is lame.
2 Samuel 19:27 - And he hath slandered thy servant unto my lord the king; H4428 but my lord the king H4428 is as an angel of God: do therefore what is good in thine eyes.
2 Samuel 19:28 - For all of my father's house were but dead men before my lord the king: H4428 yet didst thou set thy servant among them that did eat at thine own table. What right therefore have I yet to cry any more unto the king? H4428
2 Samuel 19:29 - And the king H4428 said unto him, Why speakest thou any more of thy matters? I have said, Thou and Ziba divide the land.
2 Samuel 19:30 - And Mephibosheth said unto the king, H4428 Yea, let him take all, forasmuch as my lord the king H4428 is come again in peace unto his own house.
2 Samuel 19:31 - And Barzillai the Gileadite came down from Rogelim, and went over Jordan with the king, H4428 to conduct him over Jordan.
2 Samuel 19:32 - Now Barzillai was a very aged man, even fourscore years old: and he had provided the king H4428 of sustenance while he lay at Mahanaim; for he was a very great man.
2 Samuel 19:33 - And the king H4428 said unto Barzillai, Come thou over with me, and I will feed thee with me in Jerusalem.
2 Samuel 19:34 - And Barzillai said unto the king, H4428 How long have I to live, that I should go up with the king H4428 unto Jerusalem?
2 Samuel 19:35 - I am this day fourscore years old: and can I discern between good and evil? can thy servant taste what I eat or what I drink? can I hear any more the voice of singing men and singing women? wherefore then should thy servant be yet a burden unto my lord the king? H4428
2 Samuel 19:36 - Thy servant will go a little way over Jordan with the king: H4428 and why should the king H4428 recompense it me with such a reward?
2 Samuel 19:37 - Let thy servant, I pray thee, turn back again, that I may die in mine own city, and be buried by the grave of my father and of my mother. But behold thy servant Chimham; let him go over with my lord the king; H4428 and do to him what shall seem good unto thee.
2 Samuel 19:38 - And the king H4428 answered, Chimham shall go over with me, and I will do to him that which shall seem good unto thee: and whatsoever thou shalt require of me, that will I do for thee.
2 Samuel 19:39 - And all the people went over Jordan. And when the king H4428 was come over, the king H4428 kissed Barzillai, and blessed him; and he returned unto his own place.
2 Samuel 19:40 - Then the king H4428 went on to Gilgal, and Chimham went on with him: and all the people of Judah conducted the king, H4428 and also half the people of Israel.
2 Samuel 19:41 - And, behold, all the men of Israel came to the king, H4428 and said unto the king, H4428 Why have our brethren the men of Judah stolen thee away, and have brought the king, H4428 and his household, and all David's men with him, over Jordan?
2 Samuel 19:42 - And all the men of Judah answered the men of Israel, Because the king H4428 is near of kin to us: wherefore then be ye angry for this matter? have we eaten at all of the king's H4428 cost? or hath he given us any gift?
2 Samuel 19:43 - And the men of Israel answered the men of Judah, and said, We have ten parts in the king, H4428 and we have also more right in David than ye: why then did ye despise us, that our advice should not be first had in bringing back our king? H4428 And the words of the men of Judah were fiercer than the words of the men of Israel.
2 Samuel 20:2 - So every man of Israel went up from after David, and followed Sheba the son of Bichri: but the men of Judah clave unto their king, H4428 from Jordan even to Jerusalem.
2 Samuel 20:3 - And David came to his house at Jerusalem; and the king H4428 took the ten women his concubines, whom he had left to keep the house, and put them in ward, and fed them, but went not in unto them. So they were shut up unto the day of their death, living in widowhood.
2 Samuel 20:4 - Then said the king H4428 to Amasa, Assemble me the men of Judah within three days, and be thou here present.
2 Samuel 20:21 - The matter is not so: but a man of mount Ephraim, Sheba the son of Bichri by name, hath lifted up his hand against the king, H4428 even against David: deliver him only, and I will depart from the city. And the woman said unto Joab, Behold, his head shall be thrown to thee over the wall.
2 Samuel 20:22 - Then the woman went unto all the people in her wisdom. And they cut off the head of Sheba the son of Bichri, and cast it out to Joab. And he blew a trumpet, and they retired from the city, every man to his tent. And Joab returned to Jerusalem unto the king. H4428
2 Samuel 21:2 - And the king H4428 called the Gibeonites, and said unto them; (now the Gibeonites were not of the children of Israel, but of the remnant of the Amorites; and the children of Israel had sworn unto them: and Saul sought to slay them in his zeal to the children of Israel and Judah.)
2 Samuel 21:5 - And they answered the king, H4428 The man that consumed us, and that devised against us that we should be destroyed from remaining in any of the coasts of Israel,
2 Samuel 21:6 - Let seven men of his sons be delivered unto us, and we will hang them up unto the LORD in Gibeah of Saul, whom the LORD did choose. And the king H4428 said, I will give them.
2 Samuel 21:7 - But the king H4428 spared Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan the son of Saul, because of the LORD'S oath that was between them, between David and Jonathan the son of Saul.
2 Samuel 21:8 - But the king H4428 took the two sons of Rizpah the daughter of Aiah, whom she bare unto Saul, Armoni and Mephibosheth; and the five sons of Michal the daughter of Saul, whom she brought up for Adriel the son of Barzillai the Meholathite:
2 Samuel 21:14 - And the bones of Saul and Jonathan his son buried they in the country of Benjamin in Zelah, in the sepulchre of Kish his father: and they performed all that the king H4428 commanded. And after that God was intreated for the land.
2 Samuel 22:51 - He is the tower of salvation for his king: H4428 and sheweth mercy to his anointed, unto David, and to his seed for evermore.
2 Samuel 24:2 - For the king H4428 said to Joab the captain of the host, which was with him, Go now through all the tribes of Israel, from Dan even to Beersheba, and number ye the people, that I may know the number of the people.

2 Samuel 24:21 - And Araunah said, Wherefore is my lord the king H4428 come to his servant? And David said, To buy the threshingfloor of thee, to build an altar unto the LORD, that the plague may be stayed from the people.
2 Samuel 24:22 - And Araunah said unto David, Let my lord the king H4428 take and offer up what seemeth good unto him: behold, here be oxen for burnt sacrifice, and threshing instruments and other instruments of the oxen for wood.
2 Samuel 24:23 - All these things did Araunah, as a king, H4428 give unto the king. H4428 And Araunah said unto the king, H4428 The LORD thy God accept thee.
2 Samuel 24:24 - And the king H4428 said unto Araunah, Nay; but I will surely buy it of thee at a price: neither will I offer burnt offerings unto the LORD my God of that which doth cost me nothing. So David bought the threshingfloor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver.
1 Kings 1:1 - Now king H4428 David was old and stricken in years; and they covered him with clothes, but he gat no heat.
1 Kings 1:2 - Wherefore his servants said unto him, Let there be sought for my lord the king H4428 a young virgin: and let her stand before the king, H4428 and let her cherish him, and let her lie in thy bosom, that my lord the king H4428 may get heat.
