Genesis 32:2 - And when Jacob saw them, he said, H559 This is God's host: and he called the name of that place Mahanaim.
Genesis 32:4 - And he commanded them, saying, H559 Thus shall ye speak H559 unto my lord Esau; Thy servant Jacob saith H559 thus, I have sojourned with Laban, and stayed there until now:
Genesis 32:6 - And the messengers returned to Jacob, saying, H559 We came to thy brother Esau, and also he cometh to meet thee, and four hundred men with him.
Genesis 32:8 - And said, H559 If Esau come to the one company, and smite it, then the other company which is left shall escape.
Genesis 32:9 - And Jacob said, H559 O God of my father Abraham, and God of my father Isaac, the LORD which saidst H559 unto me, Return unto thy country, and to thy kindred, and I will deal well with thee:
Genesis 32:12 - And thou saidst, H559 I will surely do thee good, and make thy seed as the sand of the sea, which cannot be numbered for multitude.
Genesis 32:16 - And he delivered them into the hand of his servants, every drove by themselves; and said H559 unto his servants, Pass over before me, and put a space betwixt drove and drove.
Genesis 32:17 - And he commanded the foremost, saying, H559 When Esau my brother meeteth thee, and asketh thee, saying, H559 Whose art thou? and whither goest thou? and whose are these before thee?
Genesis 32:18 - Then thou shalt say, H559 They be thy servant Jacob's; it is a present sent unto my lord Esau: and, behold, also he is behind us.
Genesis 32:19 - And so commanded he the second, and the third, and all that followed the droves, saying, H559 On this manner shall ye speak unto Esau, when ye find him.
Genesis 32:20 - And say ye H559 moreover, Behold, thy servant Jacob is behind us. For he said, H559 I will appease him with the present that goeth before me, and afterward I will see his face; peradventure he will accept of me.
Genesis 32:26 - And he said, H559 Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, H559 I will not let thee go, except thou bless me.
Genesis 32:27 - And he said H559 unto him, What is thy name? And he said, H559 Jacob.
Genesis 32:28 - And he said, H559 Thy name shall be called H559 no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.
Genesis 32:29 - And Jacob asked him, and said, H559 Tell me, I pray thee, thy name. And he said, H559 Wherefore is it that thou dost ask after my name? And he blessed him there.
Genesis 33:5 - And he lifted up his eyes, and saw the women and the children; and said, H559 Who are those with thee? And he said, H559 The children which God hath graciously given thy servant.
Genesis 33:8 - And he said, H559 What meanest thou by all this drove which I met? And he said, H559 These are to find grace in the sight of my lord.
Genesis 33:9 - And Esau said, H559 I have enough, my brother; keep that thou hast unto thyself.
Genesis 33:10 - And Jacob said, H559 Nay, I pray thee, if now I have found grace in thy sight, then receive my present at my hand: for therefore I have seen thy face, as though I had seen the face of God, and thou wast pleased with me.
Genesis 33:12 - And he said, H559 Let us take our journey, and let us go, and I will go before thee.
Genesis 33:13 - And he said H559 unto him, My lord knoweth that the children are tender, and the flocks and herds with young are with me: and if men should overdrive them one day, all the flock will die.
Genesis 33:15 - And Esau said, H559 Let me now leave with thee some of the folk that are with me. And he said, H559 What needeth it? let me find grace in the sight of my lord.
Genesis 34:4 - And Shechem spake H559 unto his father Hamor, saying, H559 Get me this damsel to wife.
Genesis 34:8 - And Hamor communed with them, saying, H559 The soul of my son Shechem longeth for your daughter: I pray you give her him to wife.
Genesis 34:11 - And Shechem said H559 unto her father and unto her brethren, Let me find grace in your eyes, and what ye shall say H559 unto me I will give.
Genesis 34:12 - Ask me never so much dowry and gift, and I will give according as ye shall say H559 unto me: but give me the damsel to wife.
Genesis 34:14 - And they said H559 unto them, We cannot do this thing, to give our sister to one that is uncircumcised; for that were a reproach unto us:
Genesis 34:20 - And Hamor and Shechem his son came unto the gate of their city, and communed with the men of their city, saying, H559
Genesis 34:30 - And Jacob said H559 to Simeon and Levi, Ye have troubled me to make me to stink among the inhabitants of the land, among the Canaanites and the Perizzites: and I being few in number, they shall gather themselves together against me, and slay me; and I shall be destroyed, I and my house.
Genesis 34:31 - And they said, H559 Should he deal with our sister as with an harlot?
Genesis 35:1 - And God said H559 unto Jacob, Arise, go up to Bethel, and dwell there: and make there an altar unto God, that appeared unto thee when thou fleddest from the face of Esau thy brother.
Genesis 35:2 - Then Jacob said H559 unto his household, and to all that were with him, Put away the strange gods that are among you, and be clean, and change your garments:
Genesis 35:10 - And God said H559 unto him, Thy name is Jacob: thy name shall not be called any more Jacob, but Israel shall be thy name: and he called his name Israel.
Genesis 35:11 - And God said H559 unto him, I am God Almighty: be fruitful and multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall be of thee, and kings shall come out of thy loins;
Genesis 35:17 - And it came to pass, when she was in hard labour, that the midwife said H559 unto her, Fear not; thou shalt have this son also.
Genesis 37:6 - And he said H559 unto them, Hear, I pray you, this dream which I have dreamed:
Genesis 37:8 - And his brethren said H559 to him, Shalt thou indeed reign over us? or shalt thou indeed have dominion over us? And they hated him yet the more for his dreams, and for his words.
Genesis 37:9 - And he dreamed yet another dream, and told it his brethren, and said, H559 Behold, I have dreamed a dream more; and, behold, the sun and the moon and the eleven stars made obeisance to me.
Genesis 37:10 - And he told it to his father, and to his brethren: and his father rebuked him, and said H559 unto him, What is this dream that thou hast dreamed? Shall I and thy mother and thy brethren indeed come to bow down ourselves to thee to the earth?
Genesis 37:13 - And Israel said H559 unto Joseph, Do not thy brethren feed the flock in Shechem? come, and I will send thee unto them. And he said H559 to him, Here am I.
Genesis 37:14 - And he said H559 to him, Go, I pray thee, see whether it be well with thy brethren, and well with the flocks; and bring me word again. So he sent him out of the vale of Hebron, and he came to Shechem.
Genesis 37:15 - And a certain man found him, and, behold, he was wandering in the field: and the man asked him, saying, H559 What seekest thou?
Genesis 37:16 - And he said, H559 I seek my brethren: tell me, I pray thee, where they feed their flocks.
Genesis 37:17 - And the man said, H559 They are departed hence; for I heard them say, H559 Let us go to Dothan. And Joseph went after his brethren, and found them in Dothan.
Genesis 37:19 - And they said H559 one to another, Behold, this dreamer cometh.
Genesis 37:20 - Come now therefore, and let us slay him, and cast him into some pit, and we will say, H559 Some evil beast hath devoured him: and we shall see what will become of his dreams.
Genesis 37:21 - And Reuben heard it, and he delivered him out of their hands; and said, H559 Let us not kill him.
Genesis 37:22 - And Reuben said H559 unto them, Shed no blood, but cast him into this pit that is in the wilderness, and lay no hand upon him; that he might rid him out of their hands, to deliver him to his father again.
Genesis 37:26 - And Judah said H559 unto his brethren, What profit is it if we slay our brother, and conceal his blood?
Genesis 37:30 - And he returned unto his brethren, and said, H559 The child is not; and I, whither shall I go?
