Judges 13:21 - But the angel of the LORD did no more appear to Manoah and to his wife. H802 Then Manoah knew that he was an angel of the LORD.
Judges 13:22 - And Manoah said unto his wife, H802 We shall surely die, because we have seen God.
Judges 13:23 - But his wife H802 said unto him, If the LORD were pleased to kill us, he would not have received a burnt offering and a meat offering at our hands, neither would he have shewed us all these things, nor would as at this time have told us such things as these.
Judges 13:24 - And the woman H802 bare a son, and called his name Samson: and the child grew, and the LORD blessed him.
Judges 14:1 - And Samson went down to Timnath, and saw a woman H802 in Timnath of the daughters of the Philistines.
Judges 14:2 - And he came up, and told his father and his mother, and said, I have seen a woman H802 in Timnath of the daughters of the Philistines: now therefore get her for me to wife. H802
Judges 14:3 - Then his father and his mother said unto him, Is there never a woman H802 among the daughters of thy brethren, or among all my people, that thou goest to take a wife H802 of the uncircumcised Philistines? And Samson said unto his father, Get her for me; for she pleaseth me well.
Judges 14:7 - And he went down, and talked with the woman; H802 and she pleased Samson well.
Judges 14:10 - So his father went down unto the woman: H802 and Samson made there a feast; for so used the young men to do.
Judges 14:15 - And it came to pass on the seventh day, that they said unto Samson's wife, H802 Entice thy husband, that he may declare unto us the riddle, lest we burn thee and thy father's house with fire: have ye called us to take that we have? is it not so?
Judges 14:16 - And Samson's wife H802 wept before him, and said, Thou dost but hate me, and lovest me not: thou hast put forth a riddle unto the children of my people, and hast not told it me. And he said unto her, Behold, I have not told it my father nor my mother, and shall I tell it thee?
Judges 14:20 - But Samson's wife H802 was given to his companion, whom he had used as his friend.
Judges 15:1 - But it came to pass within a while after, in the time of wheat harvest, that Samson visited his wife H802 with a kid; and he said, I will go in to my wife H802 into the chamber. But her father would not suffer him to go in.
Judges 15:6 - Then the Philistines said, Who hath done this? And they answered, Samson, the son in law of the Timnite, because he had taken his wife, H802 and given her to his companion. And the Philistines came up, and burnt her and her father with fire.
Judges 16:1 - Then went Samson to Gaza, and saw there an harlot, H802 and went in unto her.
Judges 16:4 - And it came to pass afterward, that he loved a woman H802 in the valley of Sorek, whose name was Delilah.
Judges 16:27 - Now the house was full of men and women; H802 and all the lords of the Philistines were there; and there were upon the roof about three thousand men and women, H802 that beheld while Samson made sport.
Judges 19:1 - And it came to pass in those days, when there was no king in Israel, that there was a certain Levite sojourning on the side of mount Ephraim, who took to him a concubine H802 out of Bethlehemjudah.
Judges 19:26 - Then came the woman H802 in the dawning of the day, and fell down at the door of the man's house where her lord was, till it was light.
Judges 19:27 - And her lord rose up in the morning, and opened the doors of the house, and went out to go his way: and, behold, the woman H802 his concubine was fallen down at the door of the house, and her hands were upon the threshold.
Judges 20:4 - And the Levite, the husband of the woman H802 that was slain, answered and said, I came into Gibeah that belongeth to Benjamin, I and my concubine, to lodge.
Judges 21:1 - Now the men of Israel had sworn in Mizpeh, saying, There shall not any of us give his daughter unto Benjamin to wife. H802
Judges 21:7 - How shall we do for wives H802 for them that remain, seeing we have sworn by the LORD that we will not give them of our daughters to wives? H802
Judges 21:10 - And the congregation sent thither twelve thousand men of the valiantest, and commanded them, saying, Go and smite the inhabitants of Jabeshgilead with the edge of the sword, with the women H802 and the children.
Judges 21:11 - And this is the thing that ye shall do, Ye shall utterly destroy every male, and every woman H802 that hath lain by man.
Judges 21:14 - And Benjamin came again at that time; and they gave them wives H802 which they had saved alive of the women H802 of Jabeshgilead: and yet so they sufficed them not.
Judges 21:16 - Then the elders of the congregation said, How shall we do for wives H802 for them that remain, seeing the women H802 are destroyed out of Benjamin?
Judges 21:18 - Howbeit we may not give them wives H802 of our daughters: for the children of Israel have sworn, saying, Cursed be he that giveth a wife H802 to Benjamin.
Judges 21:21 - And see, and, behold, if the daughters of Shiloh come out to dance in dances, then come ye out of the vineyards, and catch you every man his wife H802 of the daughters of Shiloh, and go to the land of Benjamin.
Judges 21:22 - And it shall be, when their fathers or their brethren come unto us to complain, that we will say unto them, Be favourable unto them for our sakes: because we reserved not to each man his wife H802 in the war: for ye did not give unto them at this time, that ye should be guilty.
Judges 21:23 - And the children of Benjamin did so, and took them wives, H802 according to their number, of them that danced, whom they caught: and they went and returned unto their inheritance, and repaired the cities, and dwelt in them.
Ruth 1:1 - Now it came to pass in the days when the judges ruled, that there was a famine in the land. And a certain man of Bethlehemjudah went to sojourn in the country of Moab, he, and his wife, H802 and his two sons.
Ruth 1:2 - And the name of the man was Elimelech, and the name of his wife H802 Naomi, and the name of his two sons Mahlon and Chilion, Ephrathites of Bethlehemjudah. And they came into the country of Moab, and continued there.
Ruth 1:4 - And they took them wives H802 of the women H802 of Moab; the name of the one was Orpah, and the name of the other Ruth: and they dwelled there about ten years.
Ruth 1:5 - And Mahlon and Chilion died also both of them; and the woman H802 was left of her two sons and her husband.
Ruth 1:8 - And Naomi said unto her two daughters in law, Go, return each H802 to her mother's house: the LORD deal kindly with you, as ye have dealt with the dead, and with me.
Ruth 1:9 - The LORD grant you that ye may find rest, each H802 of you in the house of her husband. Then she kissed them; and they lifted up their voice, and wept.
Ruth 3:8 - And it came to pass at midnight, that the man was afraid, and turned himself: and, behold, a woman H802 lay at his feet.
Ruth 3:11 - And now, my daughter, fear not; I will do to thee all that thou requirest: for all the city of my people doth know that thou art a virtuous woman. H802
Ruth 3:14 - And she lay at his feet until the morning: and she rose up before one could know another. And he said, Let it not be known that a woman H802 came into the floor.
Ruth 4:5 - Then said Boaz, What day thou buyest the field of the hand of Naomi, thou must buy it also of Ruth the Moabitess, the wife H802 of the dead, to raise up the name of the dead upon his inheritance.
Ruth 4:10 - Moreover Ruth the Moabitess, the wife H802 of Mahlon, have I purchased to be my wife, H802 to raise up the name of the dead upon his inheritance, that the name of the dead be not cut off from among his brethren, and from the gate of his place: ye are witnesses this day.
Ruth 4:11 - And all the people that were in the gate, and the elders, said, We are witnesses. The LORD make the woman H802 that is come into thine house like Rachel and like Leah, which two did build the house of Israel: and do thou worthily in Ephratah, and be famous in Bethlehem:
Ruth 4:13 - So Boaz took Ruth, and she was his wife: H802 and when he went in unto her, the LORD gave her conception, and she bare a son.
Ruth 4:14 - And the women H802 said unto Naomi, Blessed be the LORD, which hath not left thee this day without a kinsman, that his name may be famous in Israel.
1 Samuel 1:2 - And he had two wives; H802 the name of the one was Hannah, and the name of the other Peninnah: and Peninnah had children, but Hannah had no children.
1 Samuel 1:4 - And when the time was that Elkanah offered, he gave to Peninnah his wife, H802 and to all her sons and her daughters, portions:
1 Samuel 1:15 - And Hannah answered and said, No, my lord, I am a woman H802 of a sorrowful spirit: I have drunk neither wine nor strong drink, but have poured out my soul before the LORD.
1 Samuel 1:18 - And she said, Let thine handmaid find grace in thy sight. So the woman H802 went her way, and did eat, and her countenance was no more sad.
1 Samuel 1:19 - And they rose up in the morning early, and worshipped before the LORD, and returned, and came to their house to Ramah: and Elkanah knew Hannah his wife; H802 and the LORD remembered her.
