Ezra 4:7 - And in the days of Artaxerxes wrote Bishlam, Mithredath, Tabeel, and the rest of their companions, unto Artaxerxes king of Persia; and the writing of the letter H5406 was written in the Syrian tongue, and interpreted in the Syrian tongue.
Ezra 7:11 - Now this is the copy of the letter H5406 that the king Artaxerxes gave unto Ezra the priest, the scribe, even a scribe of the words of the commandments of the LORD, and of his statutes to Israel.
